Roger is thoughtful, competent, professional, thorough and a pleasure to have around. He is completely responsible and I would never hesitate to recommend him. Just one tiny item out of an extensive plumbing reconstruction could have been done a bit better; that's why the 4.5 above.

They were extremely professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and absolutely made sure everything was done 100% right without taking any shortcuts. I really value their honesty and staying true to their word. I want to let anyone know that if you need work done, Roger and John are your guys.

Our water heater went out on a Sunday evening so I set an appointment through Home Advisor for the next Tuesday. However, On Monday morning Mr. Rogers called me, we met, he gave me an estimate and we set a time for him to return to install a new unit. Although there was a delay in obtaining the replacement, Mr. Rogers and his assistant worked steadily to make sure it was installed that day. My only disappointment was that no operating instructions came with the unit. However, I was able to find some online. We are very satisfied with the work of Roger's Plumbing and would happily hire them again. My only complaint is with Home Advisor itself. I am satisfied overall with the service (much easier than Angie's List), but in spite of the fact that I identified our need for service as an emergency and requested service within 24 hours, the earliest appointment Home Advisor offered was for Tuesday morning. If Mr. Rogers had not taken the initiative to contact me himself, I would have had to wait needlessly an extra day for service. I will continue to make Home Advisor my go-to website but hope this glitch can be corrected in the future.

In spite of unforeseen problems, that were in no way, Mr. Brown's fault, he stayed cheerful, and got the job done quickly. His helper was knowledgeable and professional. Loosing both my water heater and my dish washer in the same week was a nightmare. Mr. Brown's expertise softened the blow, and even worked to accommodate my hectic work schedule. Brown;s Plumbing is awesome! I've already recomended him to two friends.
