+ 0 moreI have an old unit (1996) that had a phantom problem with symptoms that occurred erratically over several months. Mandrino was always responsive and patient; making my issue a priority in his day. And his prices were fair. Mandrino is a first rate contractor.
Description of Work: Mandrino meticulously cleaned and serviced my HVAC unit. $175 covers 2 semi-annual cleanings.

Since then, they do twice a year checks to make sure heat and air is running right, there are no leaks and no problems (general maintenance). When you call them they call you back. I would definitely use them again. He is very honest with you, and very punctual. I can not complain about his price.
