I compared their quote with some others and found they were expensive than others but they were available first so I used their service. Work wise they did good job. I told them that their price is higher than others and they said they will look at it but they did not change anything which made me little sad.

Julio did a fantastic job performing our latest air conditioning servicing. We have a maintenance contract with Landed Air and they check and service our AC unit system twice a year. They also. do a very good job and are very professional and give us good information. We highly recommend them for any service work.

Moved into a new home with 3 AC units, unfortunately they were not working/not working well. They were able to come up with a solution to replace/repair to get all 3 units up and running before the heat. They did not stop work until I was 100% taken care of. Communication was impeccable.
