The gentleman that came to our home was on time, friendly and hardworking. He was helpful in finding a fix for our duct pipe that was disconnected to our hvac system. It was a cold, rainy day and he spent over an hour under the house working hard until he was able to find a solution. He definitely pushed us to purchase their annual maintenance plan, but we continually declined due to not having the funds at the moment. He did end up up-selling us on cleaning out our air system due to the duct having been disconnected and blowing crawl space dirt throughout our system. They will be preforming this service next week. I would have liked to see pictures of the completed work under the house, since we didn’t go check ourselves, we also would have liked to see pictures showing why we needed the cleaning. Other than that, we had a good experience with this company.

We were referred to Landen Air several years ago by a friend in the HVAC supply business as we needed to replace our entire HVAC system (air handlers, heat pumps & duct work). Jason Landen was terrific to work with, very informative about our options and the scope of the work. His quote was extremely competitive with the other quotes we received for the same work and equipment. His team was extremely courteous, friendly, prompt and efficient in completing the job! They are now doing our bi-annual maintenance and their service techs are super friendly, informative and through in their work. I HIGHLY recommend Landen Air (and have to multiple people!)

I got to talk with the Owner of the company about my situation and they had someone come the next day . The "No Pressure" experience and professionalism that all involved displayed will have me to consider them in the future. They gave me an analysis of my situation at a discount price and cost if I wanted to replace my existing unit. (Again) No Pressure that made it a rewarding experience to remember!!!

On 5/11/17 I came home from work to find my AC was not working I contacted Landen Air because this unit was purchased from Landen Air about 3 years ago and has a 10 year parts and labor warranty it was late Thursday afternoon and they had my AC up and running the next day and they would have had it running even sooner but they agreed to work around my work schedule and that meant a lot to me. The tech. that Jason sent to my home was Adam W and from the time he got there to the time he left he was very professional and he was very good at his job. During this repair it was time for service Adam went over my AC unit from one end to the other making sure everything was clean and working properly and he also made sure all my questions were answered before he left it's hard to find service like that anymore. I just want to thank Jason Landen and his employees for great service.

From the owner (Jason) to every tech I spoke with they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Then when the tech came out to the house he was extremely knowledgeable and performed my service inspection like a pro. Adam was the tech that came out to my house. He did an awesome job.
