They are as knowledgeable as they are friendly. Throughout the process, they genuinely sought to assist me with my problems in a way that was sincere. They offered several recommendations regarding the current issues and possible future maintenance, but I never felt pressured to commit to any of those options - they were mine for the choosing, and I ended up deciding on the minimal necessities for the time-being without any unfriendly pushback from them. I will hire them again the next time I need help and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

LandenAir, LLC was very punctual and came in an emergency situation. They really know what they are doing and are reasonably priced.

While Landen Air was quick to respond I wasnt told I would be charged $94 for the service call. I believe that I was getting a free estimate. The other thing that bothers me is that I was told and was it stated on my receipt that the work would not be guaranteed. Finally, I did request an estimate to replace my system. I have not heard from Landen Air regarding the ;free estimate.

LandenAir, responded quickly to our request. They were able to come out within a few hours. They diagnosed the issue and came back the next day to make sure everything was repaired and properly properly. They were very courteous and explained everything to us. Provided a price up front so you could decide exactly what you want to do. So no surprise extra charges at the end. They worked quickly and were very respectful, of our home. These guys are genuine, intelligent, kind, and great to work with. Would highly recommend to everyone! We will definitely and use in them in the future.

My air-conditioner broke down. I contacted LandonAir and they sent someone out to my home immediately. The service person was very knowledgeable, very polite, and very thorough. I would highly recommend LandonAir.

Had issue with ac. Called came out. Let me know who was coming and when. Showed up on time. Checked everything and got unit running. Explained everything well. Would rate them a 10 if I could. I would highly recommend them.

Received great service from Melissa who took time to hear what I had to say and provided the kind of customer service as in the past.
