+ -1 moreGeorge did a great job. One of the reasons I selected him was I knew that he would listen to what I wanted. For example, our internet modem is located downstairs and I was wanting a hard wired cat-5 outlet upstairs in the attic. Instead of trying to persuade me to use a Wifi amplifier or something else, he had an electrician that was willing to run wires thru walls down to the modem and under the house to accommodate our desire. He communicated clearly and made corrections to minor issues that I felt were important (certain finishes I failed to clarify). It took slightly longer than anticipated,due to new code changes during the inspections and us being out of town. Also, some sub-contractors did not call before to inform us of the specific time they would be there. Other than that we are really happy with the finished product and George is an honest and mindful worker.
Description of Work: We hired George to finish our third floor attic to use as an office. The attic was framed but needed HVAC, electrical outlets, insulation, drywall, paint and carpet.
