I scheduled a simple thermostat install for a Google Nest. The contractor no-called / no showed. When asked, they said that they "lost track of time." Don't waste YOUR time by contacting them.

They responded quickly during a crisis. Kept me up to date on when they would be arriving. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Temporarily put a repair in place while parts were ordered. They installed the parts the next day. Very polite and easy to deal with.
