+ -1 morePoorly Tech did not wear booties. I had to sign off that I was satisfied with the work before he started... Made check payable to tech. There was really no difference in carpets. Within 2 days that carpets were flat. I do not think any cleaner was used. Hubby said he was taking his boots off to go check the work--the tech walked out the door
