East Coast Concrete Raising

Most companies that I contacted either did not know how to do concrete driveway repairs or didn’t want to bother with them. East Coast Concrete knew exactly what to do to repair my driveway and did an excellent job. I plan on hiring them for additional work.

Work was performed with great attention to detail and based on well thought out plan. Very pleased with the work and grateful for fitting us into their busy schedule to accommodate our time table.

He was very knowledgeable and helped us decide on the best solution to fix the cracks on our concrete front porch. Stephen did a great job. We had driveway lifted (where needed) and cracks filled. alomst 30 year old driveway - - it is so much better now. He also noticed we had a trip-hazard on our front porch where it had settled so we contracted to have that lifted also. Both jobs we done with very high quality, and Stephen is a very nice person to work with.

Great. There were big gaps under the steps and sidewalk from settling and erosion. Sidewalk was cracking and so was the porch.

Stephen Bailey is a one-man show with all the proper equipment and years of experience who remains informed of the latest products. Stephen is very detail oriented. As such, his attention to crack and seam prep and the three step process of sealing has an artists touch. His labor charge for the sealing process is time consuming and worth every dime. Stephen also acid cleaned mortar splatter and reset four loose bricks on my front stoop that was a leftover eyesore from the shoddy work of a prior mason. I’ve recommended Stephen to an inquisitive neighbor down the street. I WILL secure Stephen’s services again when I’m ready to raise/level my front porch slab.

Stephen had great communication and showed up on time and worked hard until the job was complete. Old tree roots caused tripping hazards and standing water from unlevel concrete. All problems have been eliminated! Would highly recommend this company to anyone!
