BUYER BEWARE! Brian Creech Roofing put a new roof on our house in September of 2015 after we had hail damage which our homeowners insurance paid for. We noticed about six months ago we had water leaking on our family room ceiling. It's been leaking for some time so my husband investigated and found the flashing came away from the corner of our chimney. (Never happened before in the twenty plus years we lived in this house.) The water leaked thru the wood, insulation then onto the ceiling. My husband called the owner Nov 30 2022 and the owner responded the next day. We sent him pictures of the water damage on our ceiling. On Dec 2nd Brian came out to investigate the roof, and ceiling. First thing he told my husband he didn't put this roof on because there were two different types of shingles. We presented our receipt with the date and warranty clearly written. He then looked at the water damage and stated he would be back to fix it. My husband texted and called the owner many times to let him know we got the materials he asked for and when would he return to fix the damage. We contacted Brian many times from Dec 2022 thru April 12, 2023. He never responded back to any of our communications. I guess the job is to small for him to take the time to honor his workmanship warranty. Long story short we initially didn't get what our insurance company paid for. Brian Creech Roofing doesn't honor their workmanship warranty and they try to cut cost's without the owner's knowledge. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on! We DO NOT recommend this company because they don't back up their warranty. Karen Van Kuren

Brian Creech Roofing sucks. Yes they put a new roof and gutters on our house. The roof had holes that where not fixed and face boards that were supposed to be replaced , they had to come back out and fix, the face boards look like s*** as they pieced them in instead of replacing the whole thing as requested.Then about three years later the roof was leaking, the gutters always leaked. They did a half a** job fixing the leaks, and pounded down all the nails that were half in all over the roof. The gutters were looked at and were supposed to be replaced the finish is coming off, they are faded and they leak, and when they came back out they said they were hung wrong and the lady said they look brown not black. They took pictures and video of all things wrong, and said it would be replaced. What a joke almost two years later many many phone calls and still nothing. Don’t waste your money go with someone else!!!

Well it went well until it started leaking and they came out Brian Creech people. Their were it went down hit from there. They find out they didn’t put flashing around my dormers and they then say according to Brian Creech himself that it won’t the shingles it was the d*** vinyl siding. So after they left I got new vinyl siding put up on the whole house. Then it rain and it still leaks at the same place. They came back out 3 to 5 more times and finally got that area fix but since then I got two more leaks in different area and Brian Creech office won’t answer my calls. So now the roof isn’t but 7 years old with leaks and on the contract it had 10 years workmanship on it and 2015 to 2022 isn’t but 7 years. So I will be going after you Mr Creech once I get my ducks in a row. For the ones that looking for a roofer stay away from Brian Creech Roofing!! To you Mr Creech you will hear from me soon!! Also when they did what you call a repair to my ceiling inside the paint don’t match and they still don’t answer phone..

Terrible! Took 4 days to install roof then at the end a spot that specifically was supposed to be fixed was not. 5 out of 7 gutters were damaged. Garage trim was popped out paint off of fascia. 4 days after complete it rained into our new house which sent water through our freshly remodeled garage ceiling coming out through the electrical outlet. Took over 2 weeks to get the spot requested repaired. Took over 3 weeks to get replaced which one was as uneven as it gets compared to the shingles. Company said fascia paint missing was not their fault. Garage had still not been addressed so will have someone I trust to do good work look into repairing the water bubbles in the ceiling. Terrible quality and I personally would not recommend them to friends or family or really anyone!

Had to wait a week because of weather. Which I appreciated. Once started they were done in three days. They cleaned up all the mess very well.
