We did get a warranty on parts and labor. Two people came out and it took three days.

They have been great. They installed all the heating and air conditioning in this place prior to me purchasing the property so I just kept them doing it. I buy a service contract from them so they come out twice a year. They do a check and service of anything that needs to be done. I have not had any problems with the system, but they are always out here doing what they need to do to keep it up and running. I forget what the service agreement costs per year, but the service itself doesn't cost me anything. I am totally happy. They have been excellent; whenever they make an appointment they have been there. They have been right on time. If they say they are going to be here they call before they get here and they're here. These guys are just great.

Service was completed, Jason was very thorough and let me know about specials and available maintenance program that would cover a winter and summer inspection.

I have been using them a few months. They were fine. The scheduling was fine. They worked with me and my tenant. They came out and were very communicative. The individual called me after he did the analysis and he talked to me since I was paying for the service. He verified everything was okay before he charged me. The office followed through with me. They were very good to work with. My tenant didn't have any complaints. I have a contract with them now.

Repair was through home warranty. They were good, responsive and on time. They workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Took less than an hour to complete the job.

I have had him for many years. The price is a little high, but they do good work and they show up when they are suppose to. I have them come twice a year. They whole plan for both of them is $120. I pay 2 of them together. I said they are high, they are high. They do show up and they do a good job.

It went well from start to finish... My only point of contention was with the follow-up maintenance service contract. I think there should be a bigger discount for such a large retrofit purchase.

Very knowledgeable staff, gave us an accurate estimate and installed professionally on time. Even took care of the energy rebate from the electric company!

Great. Only downgraded on responsiveness slightly because they had to re-schedule my service work because of a heavy repair load. So it took longer than usual to get the work done. However, I remain a dedicated customer and will continue to use ComfortMaster. Their folks are always pleasant and considerate when they come!

Last summer, our upstairs A/C stopped working and we had 4 companies come by and give us estimates for replacing the old system. Mike from Comfort Master was knowledgeable and confident during our discussion. He also offered to put some Freon in it to get it back working while it was very hot out. He did this for free and told us he didn't know how long it would last because that would be determined by how extensive or leaks were. Anyway, it last a little over one year and he was the only person/company we had come out this summer. The system we had selected the prior year was still available and improved some (new model number for one of the parts) and the quote was slightly lower than the prior year. I asked about different options, humidifier and UV air cleaner. In his opinion, the humidifier would not be good for upstairs due to a higher chance of leaks on or ceiling and the air cleaner would be beneficial too us on our downstairs system since we have 4 cats and we spend the majority of our time on the first floor. He could have just added those to the upstairs system since I was pretty sure I wanted both, but he was honest and didn't try to oversell. I attempted to negotiate a couple of years of free maintenance, but that was unsuccessful and he said we didn't need anything done for the first year anyway. I then mentioned a5% off coupon I saw on the Angie's List app. He was not aware of this coupon and called the owner to confirm. The coupon was not there when we looked using a computer. However, he said it I can print a screenshot of the coupon, they would honor it and they did. I think they may have gone to Angie's List to get the money back, but I was pleased they honored it for us anyway. The installation was great. You could hardly tell anyone was here and they were extremely careful taking it upstairs and into the attic. It was a very hot day, but they took their time to get it right and they were pleasant, NATE certified and company employees, not subcontractors. They cleaned everything up and it was a pleasant experience. Oh yes, he did give us an additional year warranty on all the parts and installation.

Simply stated this was a great experience. The initial product information and discussion centered on what was best for OUR needs. There was open and transparent discussion and pricing negotiation with Bobby Watkins-our service representative. His follow through with the "paperwork", scheduling and installation process was outstanding. Moises & Osfredo, the installation team, were attentive to every detail and went above the call for some extra small details. They did outstanding work as did JT, their supervisor. I would highly recommend Comfort Master. They have a refreshing focus on customer satisfaction, fair pricing and follow through on promises.

The work went very well and on schedule! Everyone wore shoe protectors, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful. They installed a new programmable thermostat, replaced the old duct work, and installed an addition small air return 10x14 in the coat closet. People cannot hear the system running, and our home is one temperature through out. We highly recommend Comfort Masters.

Really well. They delivered above and beyond what was promised/expected. Very complete, professional, knowledgable in all areas. Not the lowest price, but great value. In HVAC, installation is just as important as the equipment installed.

Was able to call in the morning and schedule a service call that afternoon on a hot July day. The technician was courteous answered my questions and resolved the problem in about 2-1/2 hours. Will use them again for HVAC issues.

Called at 8:00 a.m. and A/C was repaired by 10:30! My a/c motor stopped turning on a hot June night. I called Comfort Masters first thing in the morning. Not being a customer, and with the July 4th holiday approaching, I wasn't sure I would get an appointment. They were able to schedule a technician for that afternoon. But a short time later, they called to say a technician had finished up a call early and was able to come right away! Richard diagnosed and fixed my a/c withing 30 minutes. Friendly office staff and excellent service.

I've been very pleased and happy with the service from Comfort Master. From the no pressure sales to the installation they were very professional, punctual and careful during the install. It took 2 days to complete the work, one day for the furnace and A/C unit for upstairs and then one more day for the gas pack unit for the downstairs. Mike from sales took the time to explain the differences and details for the units and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Teo and Jun did the installation and were very professional and did a great job. I will continue to use Comfort Master for my heating and A/C service needs. Found & solved problem in 15 minutes. Very pleased with fast service. Woke up to a 50-degree house in the middle of a sleety, cold week. They came within hours.
