Description of Work: We had purchased a home that had been foreclosed on and had sat empty for almost 2 years. It was determined that one of the HVAC units needed to be replaced and there were two more that needed to be serviced. Based on their reputation, we asked Comfort Master to come out and give us a quote. It was also determined that all of the duck work needed to be replaced. We wanted it done correctly made the decision to go with Comfort Master. Their work was GREAT and we are happy with the results.

Description of Work: They service person was on time, very nice and fix up my AC to make sure it was ready for the season.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner and added a secondary zone for the upstairs. The house is an older home and when it was originally built, only a single airconditioner was installed for both up stairs and down stairs. As a result you could never get upstairs cool in the summer and downstairs warm in the winter. We obtained several quotes from various companies and CM was the only one that came in to fix the problem rather than sell us an AC unit. They installed a new AC, Created a second zone and thermostat for upstairs, and added the ability to remotely control the unit. For the first time ever, we have been able to keep the entire house at a set standard temperature both upstairs and downstairs. They were a little more costly than the others, but they promised to fix the problem, not just sell us an AC... and they did.

Description of Work: Our upstairs A/C unit broke while we were out of town. We contacted Comfort Master and they sent a tech out the same day. Needed a new dual run capacitor which was installed and system was back up and running. Very smooth process and our house-sitter was very happy.

I have dealt with this company for over 10 years and have never had reason to be dissatisfied with their service. Description of Work: Replaced heat pump and air handler. The sales person and installation team were very professional. The new system is much quieter & more energy efficient than the old system.

Description of Work: The cost of $112.00 is half of a $224.00 fee for my yearly Spring and Fall check up of my heat pump system. I have had Comfort Masters of Zebulon for these past many years and could not be happier. I always request to have the same HVAC technician each time they call me to set up my systems bi-annual check up, and they are always willing to take the time to honor my request. Description of Work: Yearly AC service. They may not be the cheapest but the service is outstanding. They are on time, cleaned up, always very good service.

Description of Work: They installed three high efficiency furnaces with A/C units and 1heat pump. Complete high efficiency ductwork, Energy Recovery Unit and make up air system. Trance Clean effects filtration systems were used on all the units. Comfort Master also installed all ductwork for bathroom fans And dryers. They installed gas lines for the kitchen, appliances and 5 fireplaces plus gas lines for a BBQ grill and future hot tub. All bedrooms in the house we're put on their own zone along with their own Smart thermostat. This was a state of the Art, super high efficiency heating & cooling system. Comfort Masters personal were knowledgable, prompt and highly professional. This was a complex, detailed installation with very specific requirements down to the way ductwork was run. They performed their jobs efficiently and perfectly in all aspects of the job. I could highly recommend Comfort Masters! They will do all the annual service on these systems.
