Description of Work: Replaced the motor on the air conditioner.

Description of Work: We had purchased a home that had been foreclosed on and had sat empty for almost 2 years. It was determined that one of the HVAC units needed to be replaced and there were two more that needed to be serviced. Based on their reputation, we asked Comfort Master to come out and give us a quote. It was also determined that all of the duck work needed to be replaced. We wanted it done correctly made the decision to go with Comfort Master. Their work was GREAT and we are happy with the results.

Description of Work: Replaced air conditioner and added a secondary zone for the upstairs. The house is an older home and when it was originally built, only a single airconditioner was installed for both up stairs and down stairs. As a result you could never get upstairs cool in the summer and downstairs warm in the winter. We obtained several quotes from various companies and CM was the only one that came in to fix the problem rather than sell us an AC unit. They installed a new AC, Created a second zone and thermostat for upstairs, and added the ability to remotely control the unit. For the first time ever, we have been able to keep the entire house at a set standard temperature both upstairs and downstairs. They were a little more costly than the others, but they promised to fix the problem, not just sell us an AC... and they did.

Description of Work: Installed all heating and air in our new construction. After several calls the first and second year, we called another company to fix what was done by Comfort Master. We were also told we had been taken advantage of, extreme overkill of our heating and cooling system. We have 3 units for a less than 3,000 square foot house. Our bills are much larger than all our neighbors per what Progress Energy reports to us yearly.

Description of Work: Sold and installed 2 new gas furnaces and air conditioning units. I have dealt with this company for over 10 years and have never had reason to be dissatisfied with their service. In this case, they were thorough, prompt, efficient and considerate throughout the process from choosing the appropriate products for our house and budget all the way to followup to make sure that the new systems were working properly.

Description of Work: Replaced heat pump and air handler. The sales person and installation team were very professional. The new system is much quieter & more energy efficient than the old system.

Description of Work: The cost of $112.00 is half of a $224.00 fee for my yearly Spring and Fall check up of my heat pump system. I have had Comfort Masters of Zebulon for these past many years and could not be happier. I always request to have the same HVAC technician each time they call me to set up my systems bi-annual check up, and they are always willing to take the time to honor my request. There are some companies that you know you can trust to give you the best and most honest service they can provide...Comfort Masters of Zebulon, NC is just one of these companies.

Description of Work: Yearly AC service. They may not be the cheapest but the service is outstanding. They are on time, cleaned up, always very good service.

Description of Work: We are under contract "Comfort Club" (I think is what it's called) and we pay a flat fee for them to come out twice a year to check our systems. We are 100% pleased with them and have been using them since they began. Tommy Brown, the owner, was our contact person with another company before he left and began this, and he did such a good job that we found out where he went and we switched to ComfortMaster. His technicians are knowledgable, professional, prompt, thorough, and friendly as are the people in the office. We highly recommend ComfortMaster.

Description of Work: They installed a heating/air system for us years ago and they do our maintenance twice a year. The technician spends at least 2 hours cleaning the systems and making sure it is all running smoothly.
