Scheduling appts. is always easy and technicians are always punctual and professional. They give good advice for maintaining system without high pressure sale pitches. Highly recommend this local company.

During the year if we have a problem he comes out quickly and repair is done. There is discount on repairs because of service contract. We have used Comfort Master for 7 + years.

Description of Work: I have used Comfort Master to perform the twice yearly service on my heating and and air conditing system. Comfort Master also installed this system in 2008. My system has been serviced by 3 different techs over the years and they have always arrived on time and are always very courteous. The office staff has always been very friendly and efficient when I call to schedule the routine service. In the spirit of full disclosure, I must say that I recently received a $100 check from Comfort Master for referring a new client to them. I would also like to add that when Comfort Master installed my system there was hidden damage to floor behind the old furnace that could not be seen until the old system was removed. The Comfort Master installation crew worked around me as I ran to the lumber yard to get plywood and framing lumber and made the repairs to the floor. This had to be done before they could install the new furnace and they were willing to do some of their work in a different order when they could have said they would come back later. For that I was very grateful.

Description of Work: This visit was for my six month check-up. I belong to their Comfort Club, which for a yearly fee, approximately $250 I think, includes two maintenance check ups per year. I have been using Comfort Master for about 20 years and have always had a pleasant experience with them. The service technician is always professional, polite and punctual. They put in a brand new system with duct work about two or three years ago in my condo and did an excellent job. I will continue to use them for as long as I am living in North Carolina. I have not been disappointed yet.

Description of Work: Our upstairs A/C unit broke while we were out of town. We contacted Comfort Master and they sent a tech out the same day. Needed a new dual run capacitor which was installed and system was back up and running. Very smooth process and our house-sitter was very happy.
