Description of Work: They replaced 2 HVAC systems. I would give them an A+. They had to do some rerouting. They cleaned up the site very nicely and everything worked fine. Everything was well installed and the workers were professional and friendly. They followed up with us because of a law change and we got a $400 rebate back. They maintained interest in the customer and relations.

Description of Work: The services quoted were nearly 3 times the cost of other providers. It is impossible to justify what additional services could possibly justify such a cost difference.

Thank you for the review. We appreciate the information that was provided. Because we were on site for a very short period of time, due to an emergency the home owner had, we had to do load calculations off site and create a quote off site. We do believe it is important to be able to have time to discuss the customer’s needs to be able to deliver a quote that is right for them. The Comfort Consultant was not able to discuss the wide range of products that we offer. The homeowner did express that it was important for the unit to maintain low 60 degree temperatures during hot summer weather. Because of this request, a quote was provided for a high-efficiency system that would achieve these temperatures. The quote was emailed at the home owner’s request and the Comfort Consultant attempted to follow-up to discuss with no response back. There are a wide range of products and options. Without more information, it is difficult to know what other products were discussed by other companies. Our goal is to meet every customers need. We would certainly be glad to take the opportunity to discuss the quote that was provided.
