Description of Work: Comfort Master performed the spring time check on my HVAC system. I have used Comfort Master for about 6 years since they originally installed this my system. As always, the technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous. They are suppose to come out on their own. I am here when they do this. They need to get inside to the air flow and thermostat. Clean up behind themselves. They are professional and courteous. I would not recommend this company because the quality of work is not the greatest for the price.
Description of Work: It is a contract to come out twice a year to do annual checks of heating and air.

They made the wrong diagnosis on what the problem was with the furnace. They said it was the thermostat and charged us $85 to find out. Turns out it was the delay relay switch, which they fixed, but the they missed cracks in the furnace and we had to replace the unit. I would never hire them again.
Description of Work: I called them to do some preventive maintenance for our furnace.
