I would never recommend this business. This business damaged three homes in our neighborhood (that I know of, maybe even more), fell through the ceiling in one house, didn't properly install a roof that the owners had to pay hundreds of dollars to someone else to fix on another, dropped things through the ceiling, cracked ceilings and separated walls from the ceiling, covered up the stove exhaust vent instead of the attic fan vent, never re-attached the stove exhaust vent, left a live wire uncapped in the attic (from the removal of the attic fan), replaced some rotten fascia board but never came back to prime and paint it and refused to fix any of the damage his crew had done. I had to pay $600 additional to have someone else come fix some of the damage and not all of the damage is repaired yet so the cost will be even higher. He underbids and promises a 20 year warranty in order to beat out the competition but BUYER BEWARE!!!!
