+ -1 moreItem 1 & 4-Was a complete fiasco. This nut plumbing one apartments hot water into another apartments kitchen. So that one poor tenant as paying for hot water that he wasn't even receiving. I called the owner, Kenneth, and explained that it would be good if he met me at the property to look at this. He said that he didn't have time. So I sent him an email outlining the complaint. He then took the time to leave a message on my tenants mobile phone which was so vulgar that I don't think it could even be repeated on TV. Item 2-This job was also quite disappointing. The Pex has installed completely twisted. A huge mess was left behind in the drop ceiling, water and wet plaster, which the tenants had to remove due to fear that the ceiling would cave in on their heads. Item 3-They closed things up alright...the installed the access panels inside out and upside down. Item 4. OK
Description of Work: 1. Replace hot/cold water lines from basement to Apt. B kitchen sink due to holes and leaks $650 2. Replace galvanized drainline from Apt B kitchen sink to basement with PVC pipe was clogged and had numerous holes $850 3. Open walls to facilitate plumbing repairs, and reclose walls upon completion $350 4. Replace hot/cold water lines to Apt. A kitchen sink $250 5. Repair P-trap under Apt B tub and snake drain $300
