Absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, reasonable.

My wife was managing getting our Skylight replaced. Ron, the owner, responded right away after she asked for a quote. She said he was nice enough and seemed honest, but wouldn't allow her to finalize the quote unless I was present. I travel and am extremely busy. We both agreed that she would handle it. She was "not allowed" to act further without me. In this day and age, we found that most alarming. Needless to say, she was very insulted, as was I, and we found another service.

As above, we did not use him, because he had the honestly to tell us we didn't need new skylights. We got the roofer to do what they should have done initially. Will call Ron in the future.

Ron was one of the few residential skylight installers who was able to bid on replacing our two deteriorated 4x6 skylights. We had to reschedule several times due to snow events but when the snow cleared Ron's crew did a great job of removing, flashing and reinstalling the skylights. No muss, little fuss, and everything tidied up nicely before he left. Happy to recommend Skylight Solutions and would have no hesitation using them again.

The Sun Tunnels were within just a few $ of the insurance adjuster's price guidelines. Ron was happy to make an appointment for 6:30 am to make the installation and showed up right on time. Unfortunately it had rained and more rain was called for. So the appointment was rescheduled for the next Saturday. He called on Friday to confirm. Again he showed up right on time. It took 4 hours to install the two sun tunnels and the job is perfect. Ron took care to move and protect our furniture and cleaned up after the job was done. We are considering having another sun tunnel installed in our dining room. Skylight Solutions is the company we will call. This is an "A" outfit across the board.

Went smoothly. And doesn't leak. Will use him again for another sun tunnel.

We called skylight solutions and received a call right back. Ron said that he could come out that day to take a look at the problem and measure if it really needed to be replaced. I met Ron at the house and he talked me through everything he was doing. It was discovered that the skylight was really leaking and needed to be replaced. Ron showed me some samples that he had in his truck and gave me a quote for the new skylight. We set up a date for him to come back out and he left. The day before he was supposed to come it really started to rain bad and forcast was calling for much of the same for a few days. He called me to let me know that he obviously couldn't do the work with the rain but wanted to reschedule for a better weather day. We rescheduled and he came that day at the agreed upon time. While he was working on one skylight he noticed that the wind had knocked something off another skylight that we have. He fixed it at no charge. He did great work and cleaned everything up when he was done. He was very straight with me about what he was capable of doing, and what he wasn't. It has been 3 months and the skylight is perfect.

It turned out really well. They gave me a price and it was exactly what they said it would be. They also finished the work when they said they would. He was a nice guy and I enjoyed working with him. I was very pleased and it doesn't leak anymore.
