It took a little to long to complete the job.

The job was french drain install/sod install. No contract involved, we had to create one in order for everyone to be on the same page. The agreement was 1/2 now balance at completion/landscaper underestimated materials and got upset that he kept coming back, stating he is wasting gas... this would not be an issue if you estimated higher rather than lower, left the front part of my yard where the drain went out to with no sod and just muddy. The end part of the drain where the water comes out of, is a disaster, a muddy mess. There were areas that needed sod, we still do not have sod to this day... one area that has sod, still has mulch under it that should have been removed. Dirt leveled and then the sod. Landscaper got so upset that I was showing him areas of concern in the back and front yard that he said *just deduct 300 from the bill and I am done* so he flat out quit and left. Now, I have to hire someone else to complete my yard. I am very disappointed in this company. A job that, on paper, they said would take 2 days took about 3 weeks and is incomplete. I wish I could upload my pictures.

If the job is fairly complex like my job was, be sure to write it out to help everyone remember whatâ s to be done. The work itself was outstanding.

They did the basic job to my satisfaction at a fair price, but were distracted from finishing when promised. Delayed several days and some work was left undone. Make sure all work is done before making payment.

I hired Rivera Lawn Maintenance to do a yard cleanup on a recently purchased home. They listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions on different/better, quoted a reasonable price for the large scope of the job, and completed everything in one day.
