The response time with job quote was great as well as the time it took to complete the job once started. Canâ t say enough about their attention to detail during the project. Gerado took the time to listen to what we wanted. The lawn looks a great deal better and will remain that way with continued mowing. We had contacted another service which wanted way too much without looking at the property and wanted to work on it that day.

Rivera Landscape did an absolutely great job. They were easy to work with & very courteous. They were professional, efficient & hard-working. They arrived before 8:00 - before I even awakened - & worked until after 8:00 pm. In other words, they finished the job in one day, & did a GREAT JOB at it. I plan to hire them again & again!!!

Did a drainage project but to finis off should have done a little mre grading and seeding. I am still gettin erosion in the area we hoped to correct

Rivera Landscape exceeded my expectations! We had a major backyard project that included retaining walls, sod install, placing river rock around our pool and fire pit area, and mulch border around the fence. They completed everything ahead of schedule. Their work ethic is impressive and hard to come by this day and time. The crew always showed up when they said and were pleasant to do business with. They are my go-to crew from now on. Iâ ve already referred 3 of my family members to them. Thank you Rivera!

I would not recommend this company Rivera Lawn Maintenance Co. and should not be a contractor with Home Advisor due to language barrier and the telephone number on file are not professionally answered. One does not have voice mail set up. The other two number are not answer consistently and no way to leave a voice message to get through. The three number are cell numbers and one belongs to the owner who does not speak English. the other two number belong to his children and they do not answer the phone. He never provided written estimate that was request sever times. Promised to give several time and never did. He measured my lawn incorrectly and gave the wrong estimate for sod. Came out and strip my lawn were i wanted the sod replaced. For knowing it would take several days before the sod was delivered and demanded 50% of the money be paid will waiting for the sod and was not agreed upon. I refuse to pay him anything until the job was done since I did not know him. Realize that the sod was partially installed had to make arrangements to get more sod. This cost me additional time and expense. However I paid him for the whole job and trusted he would come back out and finish the rest of the sod work which was planned for the day. He indicated by text message that he would come back out and finish laying the rest of the sod when it arrived. I picked the sod freshly cut at a local sod farm and sent message to come back finish laying the sod. He called me back and asked for additional money to finish the job. Naturally we got in an argument and asked due to the language barrier to put someone on the phone that spoke English and he never came back out to finish the sod. I had to make additional arrangements that is costing me even more time and expense. Therefore now I am perusing him legally for damages. I recommend staying away from this contractor.
