GREYSTONE LAWN MAINTENANCE

Description of Work: I recently discontinued this service. It is Greystone Lawn Maintenance, and, for whatever reason and despite my questioning, they began coming increasingly frequently, even when there was absolutely no grass to cut - and charging $40 for the 12 minutes of work that my small lawn required. I would advise members to develop a written agreement (which I did not have) with them as to how much they are going to do when and what the cost will be. Best would be for the customer to be able to call them when *they* thought, for example, the grass needed cutting or shrubs needed pruning - rather than returning home to find work that you may have considered unnecessary already done. I believe the company's main customers are commercial, so perhaps this is the way the work with them - although they surely must have a contract.

Description of Work: I use Greystone Lawn Maintenance for all my grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding & weed control, edging, landscaping, mulch, leaf removal, fertilization & aerating, and irrigation work. You won't need any other type of lawn service if you go with them. They come every week during the growing season and every other during the winter. (The price I listed is a monthly cost, all inclusive).
