Dave and his team were very good to deal with. The work was excellent and performed in a very timely manner. The job took less time than we had thought - only a day and a half. The crew was very courteous and careful with everything. I will definitely recommended them to friends and would use them again in the future.

I liked them a lot. They are very, very good. l may have suggested them to a neighbor. I don't remember their price, but it was really reasonable. They did not do trim because it did not need it. It was just the sides.

David and his crew did an excellent job. He returned calls promptly and completed the job on schedule. David was easy to work with and very professional. They did a great job at a very fair price, we couldn't ask for more.

Dave was quick to respond to our request for a quote. When he came out, his questions and approach was one in which gave us great confidence. He would have used great products and could have had us scheduled when we were seeking. We will be using another firm, however it was a difficult choice. This service provided upon good choices.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job. Dave was on site through the whole process. They did a great job of cleaning up and left me extra paint for touch-ups in the future.

David and his crew worked at my house for two-and--a-half days and completed the job in a very professional manner. They were quiet, courteous, and were responsive to my needs. Also, they showed up on time and were dependable. Overall, I am very happy with their results and professionalism.

It went badly from the start. We had agreed that the repairs/painting would start on Friday, May 8th. Was contacted that they couldn't start because of another job that had to be finished. Next start date was Monday the 11th. The weather was bad so nothing could be done. That's understandable. Tuesday was fine but no work was done which was annoying. A day wasted. Was told that night that they would start next day. Next day they didn't show and wasn't emailed until lunchtime that they wouldn't be coming. Was told again that they would start the next day, thursday. No show again on Thursday with no phone call or email for an explanation. Didn't get emailed until after 6 that night. Was told again that they would be at my house today, the 15th with a full crew plus extra help. My wife took off the day and waited and waited. Didn't get a phone call until after 10am that they were on their way. By that point we'd had it. We'd taken apart the screen porch and garage to be ready. So we couldn't use the screen porch or garage the entire week while we waited for the painters to come. I called Dave and told him that we'd use somebody else at which point he told me he's on his way over to start. Sorry, too late. I contacted another painting company through AngiesList who will come by next week for an estimate. Who I hope will be there at my house on the day and time we've agreed on. Weather I can understand. Not showing up, that's different. Especially for a job that was almost $5000.00. I've never had an experience like this before and I hope that I never will again.

Excellent job painting and staining my new sun porch. The team was punctual, tidy and finished the job in three days. The results exceeded my expectations. I'd use this group again. Communication was excellent and i couldn't be happier.

It was fine. They were fantastic. They were timely and quick with the estimate. They were neat. They had rapid turn around. The quality was good. I would use them for an exterior/interior job again. I would recommend them to others.

I do not not know David or anyone who works for Airless. This was my first job with the company. I waited about 30 days to write this report just in case I found any problems. I got three quotes for the job based on Angie's List reviews. Except for rain, once David and his team started, he and his team worked all day, every day until the job was completed. The job took about 5 or 6 work days. David was on-site most days, actually doing the work. The painting took place in November 2014 Positives: + David is very conscientious, friendly, low key and easy to work with. +He provided insurance and Workman's Comp info right away. + Price included Sherwin Williams Duration paint which Consumer Reports rated pretty highly for my needs. + David helped us pick the right colors and even painted trial areas with several colors which really helped us "dial in" the right colors (the builder did not leave the original paint color information). + Excellent attention to detail. Trim lines were flawless. Paint application was nicely uniform. + His team members (5 or so) are respectful and work quietly with music at a low level. + No sloppy work, no problems with paint on my flagstone or cement driveway. + 100% payment at the successful completion of the job + I think the screen porch was a real challenge because of the way the trim pieces and screening are fastened together. I think many of the trim pieces are new. No additional charge. The porch looks like new. + David even changed a burned out spotlight bulb for me. Negatives: -None. Summary: I have worked with may professional painters before. My experience with Airless was excellent. I will use this company again.

The best experience I have ever had with a service company , on Angie's List and otherwise .The owner Dave Balkus started the experience by getting back to me within a day or so , which is the biggest problem with most companies today if they get back to you at all. The quote process quickly followed , Dave came out and looked at the job and followed up with a very preside quote . All of our contact was via email after the first phone call. The job started a few weeks later. Some of the reasons for choosing Airless Paint was their website and the long time employees Dave uses not day laborers. And the fact that Dave does a large part of the painting. The quote also had a lot to do with selecting Airless Paint , price wise as well as very detailed. The crew guys would get to house 30 minutes before start time each day to ready for the workday and took a very short lunch break. They were very easy to communicate with and did a great job painting and cleaning up each day . Dave and all of his crew went above and beyond what any company has ever done to make sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner and take care of any issues or questions I had. I would strongly recommend Airless Paint for their professionalism quality and price . I will use them again .

Both estimate and job was done in a timely and professional manner. There was tree painters plus the company owner. All work was done in a neat and smooth operation. The job was estimated at 5 days and completion was done in four. They maintained there schedule each day. The crew maintained a neat environment during the entire process. They cleaned up each evening. The estimate included my request for the most expensive paint due to mildew issues with my siding. The owner offered a lower price if I changed my mind. He agreed this quality paint made the job results excellent. The estimate was certainly what I expected for the man hours and results received. I would recommend this crew to all. There was no surprises, therefore a job well done.

David was spot on time for providing a quote and had an email to me within the period he said. It was so good, decided to have his team also paint the family room. No problems with scheduling and the work was completed within 2 days as promised. His team were very curteous and professional. The work looks great, we are very happy with the results. We plan to have Airless Paint NC back to do the rest of the house when we get to it.

Dave & his crew were on time for both days and got the job done really well and fast. They did an excellent job on all six rooms they painted. We are really happy with all the work they did and how professional they all were. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent job. Was completed as scheduled and the price was as quoted. They went beyond what they had to do. They painted a couple of small wall & door nicks at no additional cost. They also moved the bookcases to their permanent location along the playroom walls.

In that my house is a larger project for exterior painting beyond the coupon amount, the estimated cost by the service provider is cost prohibitive for me at this point in time and could not be funded by the expiration date. The service provider, Airless Paint NC Inc. was professional and courteous during his estimate process.

Contacting Airless Paint via email. The response was pretty. David was very nice to talk to. We met for a walk-through, so I could get a final estimate on the work that needed to be done, based on size of the house and amount of repairs. David (?) was very clear that if I didn't accept the estimate, that he would refund the amount we had already paid through Angie's list Big Deal. The estimate was good and we agreed to begin work. It took a while to fit us on his schedule, but once the work began it was completed efficiently. The crew that showed up was on time, quiet and cleaned up each night. The painting looked great and fresh, the trim work is wonderful and Airless paint did a great job of making the repairs with no extra cost surprises. I rated the cost as a Good instead of Excellent, because I think it was a little higher than we would have paid without the Angie's list Big Deal. I rated the Responsiveness as Good instead of Excellent because sometimes there was a delay in hearing back from Airless. I would put Very Good if I could, instead of Excellent or Good.

Everything went great! Due to the time of the year, there was a lot of pollen in the air, which in addition to spring rains made it difficult to nail down a specific date for painting. There was no rush and I wanted a professional job that wasn't marred by the weather. When onsite, David and team were professional, courteous and were conscientious to the details of the effort. The work was completed on-time and to my satisfaction - and I can be picky!

We are extremely pleased with the paint job performed by David and Airless Paint NC! David was very personable and easy to communicate with. He promptly met me at my home to perform an estimate. His price was very reasonable and we went with him b/c we really liked his demeanor, knowledge, and price. The weather has been very rainy but he was able to paint our home within a couple of weeks. The actual paint job itself only took a couple of days. The color is amazing and the trim and doors now look brand new. We will definitely use David/Airless Paint NC in the future for all our painting needs.

Airless gave us a excellent quote for the services we asked to be quoted. We would have used the services but decided to do repair work before we painted the whole house.
