He corrected wiring to router upstairs to home office and got everything up and running in a timely and courteous fashion.

Paul was awesome! We spent most of a Saturday running ethernet cables under my old house. He spent the extra time showing me how to drill and run the cables myself so I could run more lines without having to hire him. You'd be hard-pressed to find a kinder, more dedicated contractor that just wants to do good work and leave his customers happy. He's also a big dog lover which was a huge plus for me since a few contractors have forced me to lock my golden retrievers up when they're working in the house.

I have worked in IT/IS for over 17 years, so I know enough to be dangerous and aware. With that in mind, I can't say enough good things about Paul.Paul was quick to contact me, spent a lot of time with me on the phone during the initial consultation, in person. Paul arrived when he said he would, he did the work well and efficiently. and charged me a more than fair price. Paul was very budget conscience, using my existing network wiring and the routers and cat 5 cables that I was able to scrounge up. To top it off, Paul appears to be a genuinely good person and a great conversationalist. Whether you have some computer/networking knowledge or no little-to-nothing, you are in great hands with Paul and Alpha Team. Just make sure to brew some coffee when Paul comes over and bone up on the new DareDevil and Flash TV series.

They did excellent work, but would suggest getting a written estimate in advance as what I recalled discussing differed slightly what the technician recalled. The reason I knocked them down a little was the price quoted was for what I recalled was the scope. I paid the price for not getting a written estimate.

I emailed Home advisor on Thursday night with my need and Paul called me Friday morning at 7:00 am ..I was wowed..Paul came to our house Friday afternoon and did an excellent job taking care of our needs hooking up a new computer system..I would highly recommend Paul and we plan on using him for future needs Ralph and Doreen Tewksury
