I have used Advanced for the last 8 years for both personal and business needs, I have always found them to be dependable, knowledgeable and affordable. They are great people to deal with, no hesitation to use them again.

Went well and they were able to come on the same day I called.

on time, price much better than Sear's quote for same service - cleaned something extra in the machine and cleaned out the vent for no charge, very friendly and professional, did not try to sell extra services, friendly to my cat who wanted to supervise him. Have had no trouble with the machine since then.

They were very responsive. My furnace blower went out and I was not able to fix it myself. They did a nice job. They were extremely responsive. I had to pay a pretty significant amount for a 15 minute job and a weekend charge.

He didn't clean the bathroom where he left the old motherboard that he replaced. The guy talked a lot. Otherwise, he was fine and fairly quick.

They are not a complicated business. they must have low overhead as they do all repairs on site. Their phone number is a West Virgina number which ai haven't figured out. I have only three suggestions: uniforms and business cards a professional, not personal vehicle better knowledge of the area for referral for purchases, etc. I would use them again.

This is a dad and son business and they are really good. They are professional, personable and great at money saving tips such as telling us about purchasing our own parts if we wanted to save some money. We would highly recommend them.

The company was very responsive and quick to get someone out to check the problem with our furnace. Once we decided on replacement, they got us on the schedule immediately and completed the job within a day. All crew members were pleasant and professional and made this a terrific experience. We have used Advanced in the past for refrigerator repairs and have always been extremely happy with their service and prices. Will definitely use them again!

After wasting my money on another appliance service we had used a couple of times in the past, I decided to try this company and they were phenomenal! The other company was happy to charge me for several parts and service calls that did nothing to fix the issue with our water dispenser. Not only did Advanced Appliance & Repair figure out the issue with my GE Profile refrigerator, they spent over one hour and two trips attempting to repair the fridge in my garage and they would not let me pay them! Not only that, but we had an issue with the main fridge where ice had blocked the freezer from closing and they skipped their lunch hour to repair it and again, would not let us pay them. This is a family run company that cares about what they do and it shows. This is the first review I have written and I will tell you that these folks are great.

The job went well and I think they are good people.

The repairman was running a little early, and he called me to say he was on his way. I was able to meet him at home, and he quickly diagnosed the problem as stripped gears on the icemaker. He quickly installed a new icemaker. I'm pleased with the promptness, the call ahead and the service. Will call them again.

Service was easy to schedule for the coming day. As soon as I described the issue & Joe noticed I had small kids, he bet there were baby socks in the water pump. Joe tried to remove the socks, but it was impossible. Fortunately, Joe had the part needed & had the washer working in less then an hour.

Although a little pricey, we were overall very happy with Shaun and his professional service given. I am glad I used them as I own a number of properties and will use them again on small repairs.

This is a great local family owned company. They clearly take pride in customer satisfaction and service quality. They were prompt, on time, and professional. Very helpful. I would use them again without thinking twice.

Company responded same day. Repairman was highly professional and courteous. Repairs were accomplished in minimum time, and area cleaned up after work done. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance Repair.

I have used Joe and Donna several times over the last 3 years, I find they will always return my calls promptly and schedule a time to come out and diagnose. They do a great job at a very reasonable price.

He was great! He was so helpful and he just jumped in and showed my husband what to do. His price was reasonable! I really appreciated the fact that he was willing to help me over the phone rather than try to get a service call charge out of the situation.

They were able to come out in a hurry. I didn t think that the prices were so great but the fact that they came so fast was okay. That kind of evened out the whole experience because I had company coming. I would use them again in case of an emergency. They are a good company.

I LIKED THEM A LOT. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH EACH OTHER, MEANING THAT I LIKED THE JOB THEY DID FOR ME. IF I EVER NEEDED THE SAME WORK DONE AGAIN I'D USE THEM. I JUST PICKED THEM OUT OF THE YELLOW PAGES.
