What a great group of people! Our A/C went out over the weekend. They called within the hour of putting in a Service Order. We were able to get a tech out and fix everything within 24 hours. They were very courteous and took time to listen to what was going on. They called when they were on their way and all repairs were fixed in no time! We will definitely hire them again!

They were able to identify a problem but their cost to repair it, the estimate, was greater than buying a new appliance.

When I contacted the firm they were able to fit me in the same day. They also took the information of the brand and model number when I called so they were prepared when they arrived. Technician (Grayson) came out at the scheduled time - actually called ahead to let me know that he was running a little early. Nice touch. He spent the necessary time asking me what was going on to determine the solution. In the end it was a simple fix (fan blades had come off the axle of the motor) and it was back in working order. I felt that I was treated honestly and fairly and would highly recommend this firm.

They fixed everything we needed and did everything that we needed in a timely manner. They were good.

Quick troubleshooting and simple repair

They were great. Showed up on time. (That was important because the first place I called never showed up.) Fixed the problem in a short time. Reasonable cost. Would be my fist call for future repairs.

I called and they were able to come out the same day and they immediately diagnosed the issue. The part was ordered and in 2 days, they were back to repair the fridge. They were my heros - quick, efficient, reasonable and very professional.

Terrific, they have never let me down. They were one of the only service people to take a 10 year old Subzero refrigerator and restore it to good working order.

Quick, easy fix has it back up and running with no issue. One part had burned out and they had it on hand. Took about 15 minutes total. Only issue was the cost. At 150, it was as much as I initially paid for it - got on clearance. Only got it fixed because to properly replace a fridge of that quality, it would have been double for a new one.

He explained that there is a very slow leak. He recharged the system and so far no problems.

They said I needed a new icemaker. A couple of days later the ice maker started working without being repaired. I don't think they knew what they were doing.

We had an excellent experience with Advanced Appliance & Air. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and our technician arrived well ahead of time. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within 45 minutes. Very professional and courteous....will highly recommend the company to our friends and neighbors.

It went poorly because I missed time from work for no reason and waited a week with a broken dishwasher only to be told that i could reschedule...

Before the service visit the dispatcher had asked for the make and model of my refrigerator so they would be sure to have any parts needed. The technician arrived on time and was very neat with his work. He took everything out of my freezer, placed the items in a plastic tub I provided. He removed the liner of the freezer compartment and then defrosted and vacuumed out the drain. He added a heater to keep it from freezing up. It took less than an hour for the work and he put everything back in place as well as adding a screw that he noticed was missing from the freezer. I was very pleased and impressed with the work as well as the price. I wish I'd gotten in touch with them earlier.

I was thrilled that a real person answered the phone to schedule an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, I got a call the next morning (day of service) that they had a conflict and would need to show up 1.5 hours later which would not work for us. Not sure what changed in less than 24 hours. I was dissapointed since i then was scrambling to find someone else to come out that day.

This is an awesome company!!! To begin with, a "live" person answered my phone call. They were able to squeeze me in the next morning. This husband and wife team were SO pleasant and efficient diagnosing and repairing my appliance. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Joe and Donna responded to my call within the hour. They were close to my home and came right over, They narrowed down what was the problem(in my packed freezer) unloaded it and repaired the problem. We have used them before and did not know they were on Angie's list until this morning. I highly recommend this company and we will use again. Thanks Joe and Donna for doing such great work, and coming so promptly.

I needed the rubber piece replaced in my front loader washing machine. I called them on Tuesday and they came to my house on Wednesday. The guy was on time and went straight to the laundry room and stated to work. He knew exactly what to do and finished in a timely manner.

Called in these folks for a recurring problem with our 2nd floor AC unit leaking freon. Other vendors had investigated, but we had not yet come up with a consensus on the diagnosis. Very nice, very professional. First visit was unable to produce any insight, but I felt due diligence was quite thorough. A second appointment was setup to run a more thorough regression test. Unfortunately, it too was inconclusive. I felt they had done everything they could to diagnose a very tricky issue. Their final prognosis was that it had to be one of a couple of very rare and odd possibilities. Didn't feel too comfortable with this, but had no basis to argue. Total cost at this point between the two visits was $300 with no real progress. Eventually, we stumbled upon an excellent veteran AC repairman who investigated and confirmed an earlier hunch, and was able to explain why. We hired him to fix the problem, a leaky compressor coil (had to replace), and we've have never had a problem since. Now that we know what the issue was, I'd have to say I'm fairly disappointed with this vendor's performance. They firmly disputed the compressor coil as a possible cause. And we paid a decent amount of cash for this misdiagnosis. We'll stick with the guy who eventually fixed the problem as our AC repairman from here on out.

It is quite old but still working very well since the repair. We would certainly use this company again. Very nice and professional service.
