 + -1 moreThey were very responsive to my request for a new blower for my wood fireplace after mine failed. The place we got it from stopped returning my calls. Custom Cap & Fireplace ordered the part for me and when it arrived I called them to schedule to have it replaced. They came out in a couple days and made the switch. He checked everything to make sure it was working before he left.

 + -1 moreIt went great! Now a days people are afraid to let just anyone into their homes. My husband was playing golf and I felt very comfortable having Tony in my home. We have had Tony and Laura as our Fireplace Service since they put our fireplace into our home when it was built 10 years ago. whenever I have had any questions I can just pick up the phone and call. They are very down to earth friendly and very knowledgeable people when it comes to fireplaces. I believe Tony told me he has been in business over 25 years. They were prompt and I though the price was very reasonable. We are always looking for good service people so I wanted to share this great service with others.
Description of Work: The paint was coming off the inside of our Lennox 10 year old gas fireplace. Tony took the glass front off which we could not figure out how to get off, take the piece off that had the paint coming off, paint it and put it all back together in a short period of time.
