Description of Work: After 3 attempts to reach Todd Bros, I gave up. No one would return my call.

Description of Work: We called 4 times and left messages each time. No one answered and no one called back.

Description of Work: Lost all water pressure. Preliminary diagnosis was either faulty pump or wiring to the pump. Well had to be located since I did not know where it was and there were no indications above ground. The first find was actually an old well that was no longer in use. The next find, just a few feet from the first, was the actual well. Determined pump was failing and needed to be replaced. They also advised the well had not been cased properly when it was originally drilled. They cased it the best they could since it could only have been properly done at time of drilling. When the job was completed, they put everything back to code as required by law. At least now there is an above ground well cap to prevent any further searching for someone in the future. The final bill was reasonable, in fact, lower than I expected. They did a high quality job. The only complaint I had was it took a couple of days (which was not the problem) and when I came home from work, they were gone, a hole was dug in my yard, and there was no explanation as to the progress or expectations. When I tried to call all I got was the answering machine. They did return my call, but it was the next morning. All in all, the service was good, the quality of work was good, and the price was very reasonable considering they had to bring in equipment and subcontract another service to locate the well.

Description of Work: I have used Todd Borthers Plumbing for two plumbing calls and both required a quick response to a tenant's home. On each occasion they were extremely fast and responsive to my needs. They performed the required service professionally and at a fair price. To be completely open about this company, I learned of it by taking a plumbing basic homeowner class. A master plumber taught the class and that instructor owns Todd Brothers Plumbing. So, I have seen his work many times as both a customer and former student. He does his business right and has done so for decades. The only advertising he has done is his sign on the side of his van and his telephone nubmer in the local phone book. All word of mouth because that keeps him busy--no paid advertising needed when you are that good and fair.
