+ -1 moreWell, it's a long story! We found out we were moving in the summer of 2007 and came to town to look at houses with Michelle Clark. The following summer we moved into a rental, while we became acclimated to the area and looked for "the perfect house." Michelle graciously and patiently took us to see EVERYTHING! (I am very indecisive...) Although we have a lot of house buying experience, we still like to know our options and look at what's available. I cannot stress Michelle's good-nature, patience, helpfulness and even snacks in the car... which made the many, many homes we saw a fabulous experience. We finally found our dream house and closed in June, 2009 -- almost 2 years after we began our search. Let me stress that the length of time was absolutely our fault and in no way Michelle's. She provided us with an online portal with access to many homes and was always available to us. She was very conscientious regarding our likes and dislikes, often taking notes as we walked through each house. I have recommended her to others and as much as we love our new home, I would gladly go house-hunting with her again any day! Great overall experience. Michelle really knows the area, has excellent resources and is extremely patient, thorough and professional!
Description of Work: Michelle patiently and professionally showed us close to 100 homes in the course of over a year! We bought our third house, in our third state, in five years! As our Realtor, she helped us find our dream house and I can truly say it is the nicest house we have ever lived in. We are very pleased with our purchase and we owe it all to Michelle!
