The service was wonderful. The equipment was installed in no time. The installers were very personable.

We had a full home filter system and a reverse osmosis tap by the sink for drinking/cooking and a line to the fridge installed. We cannot say enough good things about Eddie and his company! He came out for a consultation and showed us a bunch of different chemistry demonstrations about the water including things like why water from the fridge is worse than tap without a water system installed an how our bodies absorb chlorine from tap water. He explains all about how all water in the US is the same and even well water now is contaminated bc of Teflon and PFAs. He had so much information on pesticides, heavy metals, chlorine, fluoride, that they put into our water and correlations with cancers too.. He even talks about EWG.org which I had also been using to research. He is extremely knowledgeable about it all and very up to date on modern information! We’ve had our system installed since May now and it’s seriously life changing.. my skin isn’t as dry, my scalp/hair/skin/nails have gotten significantly healthier. My seborrheic dermatitis has cleared. We have no more hard water spots on faucets or glassware after washing. We cannot say enough good things! HIGHLY recommend, you won’t regret it!

Excellent work. On time and did a very clean install. Had one small problem 2 weeks after install and they fixed it next day, no questions asked. Very responsive! Can definitely tell a difference from my old system (20+ years old). Should have called them sooner!

Eddie and his crew installed a whole-home water filtration and Reverse Osmosis system approx 2 months ago and **what a difference** in our water! I can tell a significant improvement in the taste/quality of the water and our clothes are so much softer just coming right out of the washer! They even hooked our refrigerator(s) up to the RO system, which means no more need for water filters for the fridge! Highly recommend!

NC Water Consultants is absolutely amazing! We had a whole house system and RO installed last year and couldn’t be more pleased. We had such a great experience with them in our previous home, that we called them out as soon as we moved into our new home last year. Our new home is on a community well but had a strong chlorine smell and hard water, that stained our plumbing fixtures and shower door almost instantly, Eddie, the owner came out and tested our water and told us exactly what we needed. Within a week he had a new system installed and our water is perfect! I’ve recommended them to other neighbors and friends and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Eddie came out and did a thorough review and testing of our water, explaining the entire process and why a water filtration system was best for our needs. His approach was more consultant than hard sales, and we felt very comfortable moving forward. When the crew arrived to install the system they were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. Eddie and his group did exactly what they said they would do. The installers put the system exactly where we wanted and were in and out in just a few hours. Our system has been in operation for 6 months now with no issues. Water taste great and the system maintains itself in the background. All we have to do is add a bag of salt every month.

I had very little knowledge before he and Antonio paid me a visit to educate me on ph levels, sneaky additives in well and city water, and dubious industry standards. I knew how important it is to have clean water, but I really got it. Eddie’s mindset, values and disposition were all reflections of why we wanted to move to our area. He’s awesome. Water filtration is a big investment, but peace of mind is priceless and water is life - so go with the best. If you don’t have clean water, you don’t have health and longevity. It would be nice to be able to trust the regulations and standards set by agencies in this country and since we can’t entirely, we have Eddie until we turn it around.
