Everything was great from when the owner Eddie came and tested our water to when the work was finished. Eddie is very professional and so are his workers. Eddie doesn’t sell what you don’t need he shows what is wrong with your water and what you will need to fix the problem. Every home is different so pricing varies depending what you need to fix your water issues. Financing is available if needed and very reasonable for what you get.

When we learned our new home had extremely hard water we explored our options for correction. After our initial consultation with Eddie from NC Water Consultants, it was an easy decision. We just had our whole home water filtration/conditioning system installed last week. The install team was prompt, professional and friendly. One week after installation, the hard water stains on our fixtures and dishes are gone and I’m seeing significant improvement in my hair and skin - not to mention, our drinking water tastes great! I can’t recommend NC Water Consultants enough.

We were very happy with the service provided by North Carolina Water Consultants. The installation process was smooth, explained well and they were very clean without a mess left behind. They ran the new water lines to our refrigerator, added a line at our sink and made us aware of an issue and resolved it from when the house was built, where the builder's plumbers ran a hot water line to our refrigerator! I appreciate that they want to do it right and resolved this issue for us! The detail of the system just shows their craftsmanship. We definitely feel relief that our water is now safe and healthy to drink and use and best of all it tastes so much better!

Soon after moving into our new house we became quite concerned about our water quality after seeing black sediment remaining in the bathtub and back of our toilets. We reached out to NC Water Consultants. Ed came out and tested our water and educated us on the current quality. We were surprised to see the extent of dirt, metal, and other particles that we had in our water. We didn’t even want our small children brushing their teeth with it anymore! We were seeing buildup around our faucets and orange spots on our white tile in the bathroom after only a short period of living in our home. He helped explain how this poor quality water could cause all these issues. Ed really knew his products and and was very knowledgeable testing the water. He outlined the pricing of what we’d need to do to take care of all the issues. The pricing was very transparent. Regardless of the price, we knew we needed it after seeing the results of our current water. The crew that came out to do the install was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They did their work neatly and cleaned up behind themselves very well. They showed us a tutorial of how it worked and what we needed to do to maintain it. They answered all our questions. We are very pleased with our decision to contact them and have them install our new system to get quality water! They advertise through word of mouth and we will get an account credit for this review, however we are more than happy to write it regardless. We feel they really provided the value and quality work they advertise!

We have well water where we live. We had numerous issues based off of multiple, independant testing. After having a few different companies out for estimates we decided to use North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie was wonderful when he came out, very knowledgeble and took the time to explain our issues to us. When the day came for installation the team arrived on time, they were very professional during the installation and took the time to explain everything to us before they left. Since we had the system put in I feel we have the highest quality water we have ever had. We notice it everyday, especially how great our hair looks now. I highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants for all your water filtration needs. Our only regret is that we didn't put this system in earlier.

We moved into a new construction home and immediately noticed a calcium build-up on our faucets. We reached out to NC Water because we knew we needed to add a water filtration system to our well and we received a prompt response from their team. Shout out to North Carolina Water Consultants, Inc. We hired them, after finding our dinking water and dishwasher stinky, to complete the installation of a reverse osmosis filter to treat our drinking water. We met with the owner, Eddie, at our house in November, he tested our water and explained to us the benefits of softened water and charcoal filtration to remove chlorine from the water we use for drinking and bathing. We had had several follow-up questions that Eddie answered immediately. We scheduled installation and Eddie sent a team of three specialists to install the system, provide a drinking water faucet at our kitchen sink and connecting the drinking water to our refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser. The installation crew was very professional, explained what they were doing during the install and explained system operation upon completion of the install. Everything that was supposed to be completed upon installation was done with professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. Would recommend them to anyone desiring an improved quality water. Sitting back enjoying my new, improved, tasty pure water right out of my sink.

Hey all, just wanted to share our experience with NC Water Consultants. We had seen them in the neighborhood a couple of times and knew that we wanted to get some kind of system so that our water was safe. I got tired of buying bottled water and constantly running out. The owner, Eddie, came to our house and showed us some demonstrations that made us cringe. We couldn’t believe how dirty our water was and how much metal and particles were in it. We were having issues from the well water like a ton of sand/grit in our toilets and bathtubs. We’ve only been in our house for 5 months and I could already see hard water buildup around the faucets. Also, we got our well water results from the builder and it showed E. coli in it. Eddie said that even if yours didn’t show any bacteria, that it could be present at any given time even if you’ve treated your well. Eddie was super knowledgeable and friendly. All of the guys who came to do the install were also friendly and efficient. It is pricey but we looked at it as an investment and knew that we wanted clean, safe water in our home. We noticed a huge change in our water immediately after they were done and are so happy with it! 😊

The crew was on time, friendly, efficient. They left the area neat and clean. They helped me organize the install area to be efficient. Very positive experience. The finished product is excellent. We have excellent water throughout the house.

What an awesome experience from start to finish! The owner himself came out to test our water and explain how the Hauge WaterMax system would clear up a lot of the issues we were experiencing. The installation crew was so professional and courteous as well! It's obvious that everyone in the company is just as engaged as the owner in creating a positive experience for the customer. Demand for installation is high, but it was definitely worth the wait. We already see a difference and have only had the system for a few weeks! Couldn't be more pleased.

Christian led a team of guys who installed and tested my system. He was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Prior to getting installed, my water (supplied through my well) was hard, acidic, and tested high in some other categories. This resulted in some water leakage through the pen piping, specifically wearing down the fittings / Metal hardware. I also had the visible damage to these areas replaced. Since getting the Hague system, I haven’t had any issues. My skin feels so much better having the softening system and I’m confident that my RO drinking water is now safe. If you live in the Lake Norman area and are concerned about water quality, I recommend going through NC Water Consultants.

This was the most positive experience I have had in years with a sales interaction and subsequent installation. I contacted CWC because of numerous positive recommendations on my neighborhood facebook page. Eddie the owner came out and was extremely informative about the system, its operation and many benefits. Customer service! Customer service! Customer service! First off, I must tell you that this whole crew is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE which is an extremely rare thing to find these days!!! Especially with this whole Covid pandemic! We would gladly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants to our friends and family. Eddie came to test our water on the first appointment, right on time. After completing the test results there with us, he explained very thoroughly what the results were and gave us a few options to choose from. This guy was VERY knowledgeable! We decided on the whole system. Our water was pretty bad. We had hard water, which left a hard ring on the toilets and sink faucets. It also had a lot of iron in it making it stain the toilets, and even our white clothes looked dingy from washing them in the washing machine. Then Chris and his crew arrived as scheduled. They had the whole system up and running in 1 day! They and explained what everything was. They were very well mannered, friendly, intelligent, efficient and clean! It's been 2 months so far and we are definitely satisfied with the service and system
