I recently moved into a new home and had the water tested by North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie was great! He provided me with the exact solution I was looking for to get my water to where it needed to be to keep us healthy. His crew was out a week later to install and they were even better. They were professional, met the needs of the customer, provided an overview on how everything works, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves when the job was complete. Fantastic! The presentation sold the product. There was no need for pressure sales. My skin was itchy after I showered, but not any more. I drink much more water now because it's great water. The ph level is much higher. The only negative thing is having to wait two months for installation because they are so busy. So, the sooner you get in line, the better!

Recently I built a new house requiring a well. With in 2 weeks of moving in ,I noticed how my water was terrible. I had rings forming in my toilet bowls, ice cubes were yellow tinged and my tea pot had a terrible yellow/brown build up. We met with Eddie to discuss our needs for a water conditioning system in our new home. Eddie brought a chemistry set with him and sold us on the system by showing us the difference between clean water and what we had currently coming into our home. Eddie was not a "sales man" he let the water speak for itself and offered various solutions. No pressure what so ever to buy. Eddie outlined each system and what it was for and the price for each unit together or each item individually. Eddie gave us our price that day before he left and available dates to install the system. The team of installers arrived early on the day of installation. Introduced themselves and quickly went to work. We were pleasantly surprised to see a clean and tidy work station set up in our crawl space. All the parts and tools were tidy on a table, no mess was left. One of the installers was having trouble locating a water line to our ice maker and instead of drilling holes to locate, he asked for help. We were able to provide him photos of our home during the build process so he could locate the water line. It was nice that he stopped and asked instead of assuming and causing unnecessary damage to our home. My husband inspected the installation after the completion and he was very pleased with the quality of work that was performed. Thank you Eddie, Rick, Kevin and Daniel for a wonderful experience.

Eddie and his team fixed my well water after 2 years of attempting DIY fixes to correct some higher iron levels along with low PH. I wish I had found him 2 years sooner is all I can say. Water is clear, soft, no more stained toilets, and most important, the wife is very happy with the result. New system has been in almost a month, so far so good, HUGE improvement. Eddie and staff are wonderful, organized, tidy, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Great overall experience with North Carolina Water Consultants. We had very “hard water” staining our sinks, toilets, etc. Eddie (owner) came out, tested our water and walked us through the results. He provided several options to fix our water along with providing multiple payment options (pay over time, credit card, check, etc). The crew that did the install got everything completed in one long day. Chris, Antonio, Daniel and Kevin were very professional and did a great job with an amazing final product! North Carolina Water Consultants came highly recommended on neighborhood apps and FB. We had another company give us a quote but NCWC explained everything that we needed it and why we needed it. Our water quality is so much better. We have well water and it was very hard. Our skin and hair suffering and it didn't taste very good. We also have dogs that are like family so we wanted to make sure the water we were drinking and cooking with was not only safe but also healthy. This company rescued my home and me from my very incompetent plumber. We just finished building our new home and the plumber failed to place a sediment filter between the water well and the home. When the water well was turned on, sediment clogged up my faucets, shower heads and toilets ... what a mess! While this was going on, Eddie came to see us to explain what his company does. When he found out about the clogging of our plumbing, he sent one of his best workers the very next day AT NO CHARGE to help us clean out as much sediment as possible from our system. Not only that, but he made sure that they installed a sediment filter ASAP to prevent more clogging and damage, several weeks before they were scheduled to come out and install our water systems. I honestly have never seen anything like this before ... it is incredibly evident that Eddie and company truly do try to exceed their customers' expectations, which is so refreshing after dealing with so many incompetent and careless contractors during the build of our home.
