 + -1 moreScheduled to be at 11am, they called about 10:30 said they were running ahead of schedule. About 10 minutes later they were there, unloaded their gear, made sweeps through the traffic areas that we wanted done. Charles also spent extra time on some adhesive stains from carpet tape that had been used earlier. Polite, thorough, timely, and I'm very satisfied with the price. We went with their top offering, which included an antibacterial(?) solution since my mother's 17yo dog has been having some 'accidents' in the house. Wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Charles and Eric did a carpet cleaning of the major traffic areas of my mother's house. They also vacuumed prior, and cleaned some smaller area/throw rugs that were at the entry doors.

Description of Work: After years with another carpet-cleaning company, we decided to give Chem-dry a chance. The results were above and beyond what we expected - someone asked if we had new carpeting! We had heavily stained areas due to a new puppy and heavy family use. The price was more, but well worth it. We will always use them in the future!

 + -1 moreThey had to come back to complete the job (they didn't move the furniture) but they did finish it in the end. The carpets were very clean and they did a good job. I would only use them again if the owner was here to supervise.

 + -1 moreGreat. They were professional and tried their best to keep my door closes around their hose since it was extremely hot outside. They explained to me the process and procedures of their cleaning (which is organic and they also clean the hospital with the same techniques and equipment used at my home). I thought the furniture felt a little stiff afterwards, and it did not have any refreshing smell that I'm sure a more harsh chemical treatment would have provided. It smelled good and looked clean, but I wished the couches would have felt softer afterward. I think their organic product line though is why the smell and fabric texture was neutral. I would use them again.

 + -1 moreLittle things like wiping their feet, making sure there were no marks left where the hoses could have left a mark. Even suggested various ideas to prevent further expense to me. USE THEM EVERY TIME YOU WANT AND WITHOUT HESITATION.
Description of Work: I have used Chem-Dry 3 or 4 times. ALWAYS professional and thorough. After the first time, i never considered using any other service. Each time, they worked above and beyond! The quality of their work is incredible, but even more so is the level of consideration they consistently displayed.

 + -1 moreI have used this service for the past 4 years on four occasions. Each time, they were conscientious from the beginning to the end of my encounter. CW and Eric, who were the young men, have recently become the business owners. It is rare that integrity is used to describe a service, but that is who they are!
Description of Work: I was as pleased with their consideration to detail - ie: when they pulled the hoses into the house, they closed the doors as much as possible (95 degrees outside), laid down protection on my hardwood floors so that the hoses wouldn't scratch, and vacuumed before cleaning begain.
