I've never dealt with such an unprofessional deceitful company in all my life! They are awful!!! Buyer beware... below are some of our email exchanges. They speak for themself. I would give no stars if I could. Needless to say I have still never received my refund for faulty mediocre work. They also left a huge hole in my ceiling that they never could explain. They also never fixed the issue just delivered lies, excuses and outright rudeness and unprofessionalism. I upgraded an old hot water tank to a new high efficiency gas tankless system for the whole house. I had a quote by the end of the same day I called. They recommended a unit that receives high marks for quality online. The plumber, JR, was super professional and great to work with. He coordinated with another contractor who was doing work on the HVAC and gas lines. I think I could have gotten a better price elsewhere, but I am _very_ pleased with the quality, service, and professionalism of the plumber. (I also love the text alerts you get when the technician is headed your way, the live operator who schedules things, and the e-mailed invoices). He left down a sticky flooring protection that stayed down while the other contractor finished, which took over a week. When I went to pull it up, it pulled up the coating on my rather old hardwood floors. The supervisor they sent out to look at it was condescending, treated me like I was trying to cheat him, and was not customer service oriented. He eventually refunded some money to fix the floor, but I'm not sure I would trust management to treat customers right even though I liked the actual plumber and his work.

Grease clogged kitchen drain. Took several tries to open. Serviceman diligently persevered until drain opened up.
