Itâ s hard to get good help , so I am happy so far that my A/C is better. Very professional service and explained everything along the way. At this point I am happy. But yes excellent customer service and very prompt. Very nice

When booked out, I've hired LowTemp HVAC on multiple occasions to assist with larger jobs or repairs that I couldn't get to in a reasonable time. Mr. Jackson showed up to the clients' homes in a timely fashion and completed the jobs in a professional manner. Two of the jobs consisted of diagnostics and repair, while one was a whole-home ductwork removal and install after a local flood. Will be happy to call again when needed and will recommend any time our workload is too heavy to take on new work.

Scott was a true lifesaver! Our A/C went out in the middle of July when we had family in town from Texas. Scott made initial contact within a couple hours, and stopped by that SAME DAY. Less than 12 hours later Scott had our AC fixed and was more than fair on the price. He has since become our regular HVAC technician and we often refer him to friends and family. 10/10 recommend his services. A true professional that still believes in the value of customer service and being an honest businessman.
