The epitome of professional service! I called Nichols Trim late Saturday afternoon following an unsuccessful & totally frustrating attempt at a 3 piece crown molding project that realistically should have taken just about an hour. Eric, the Owner, called back immediately following my call, which rang the Servicemagic Network, and we scheduled the work for Sunday! Upon his arrival Eric made a few quick measurements and went to work. While he was making the various cuts to fit the pieces in place Eric took some time to educate me on several tricks of the trade. I am still floored that he called back as quickly as he did and that he had the capacity to make a service call on Sunday. WOW! In addition to those two very uncommon traits, the work he did in very short order exceeded my expectations for a very reasonable fee, given the fact it was a last minute, I need help NOW kinda call! If you want a true professional on the job, that will exceed your expectations for a very reasonable fee, call Nichols Trim.

Eric repaired rotten window sills and molds for me and from the first time i contacted him until the end of the job he was very easy to reach. I needed the job finished quickly and he came within the same week and finished in just hours. the work was great and i'll be using them again!

Eric is good at what he does but his customer service skills lack, he does not answer phone and does not return calls. He' s hard to get in contact with once you hire him for the job and if something is not done right he will not come back and repair.

He actually referred me to Scott Stills as I needed painting done, he beat the other quote I got by $418, and even painted a door for me that was not part of the estimate. Awesome work.

Eric did an excellent job, and even cleaned up after himself. Wall patching and painting done was especially impressive. I had some very noticeable cracks in a cathedral wall which are now completely invisible.
