Jaland, Darias and Dalton Were wonderful! Except for the machine noises, we didn't even know they were here. They took care of our home as if it was there's and I was very very pleased with the outcome of the shower. It is beautiful!!! The guys could not have been nicer and extremely respectful. When they left there was not a hint that they had been here other than are beautiful shower.

When researching West Shore, I was pleased to hear that this is an employee driven company with no sub-contractors and installers are sent to company owned training centers. Mitchel H., design consultant, ensured every feature of my shower met my expectations. He was patient and competent, giving me a precise quote for services with no additional charges added. Nick E. and Moises, installers, had an impressive level of expertise, and just as importantly, made every effort to be sure that the details of the installation precisely fit my needs. Having had this positive experience with the employees of West Shore, I would strongly recommend their services.

Frank Scofield was very professional and efficiently adjusted our storm windows for a snug fit. He was scheduled for 2:00 but called saying he could come early if we were available. We were and he did. And we continue to be satisfied customers! Thank you!!

My walk in tub manufacturer is not satisfactory especially for the amount of $$ for the unit. There was a problemduriing the install and it has been recurring. Now I have water damage to my hardwood floor in that bathroom. Frank Scofield came to my home, he was pleasant and very professional. What really impressed me was the way he actually listened to my concerns and understood them. With Frank handling my issues, I feel confident they will be handled fairly. Thank you Frank
