The installers were professional and friendly. We are very satisfied with the quality of their work.

The other group did not have anyone available. It was a good Thing west shore called to step in. They will make door then install it. Presently waiting for installation

Travis Black and Zach installed a shower for us and they did a excellent job. We are very pleased with the job they did.

William, Babar and Brenda were great to work with and kept us up to date on every aspect of the shower install. They were on time and and cordial. Our new shower looks GREAT. They left everything clean and all the trash was hauled off! Very pleased with the new shower and the West Shore Homes.

The installers, Jacob Scott and Joe Lauer did an excellent job. The were polite and courteous . Plus they did an outstanding job.

We had Jacob S and Joe L put in a shower and did an fast and neat job. Cleaned up after themselves and took all trash with them. Once again Great job!!!!!

We had a new shower installed by West Shore Home in March of 2020. Recently there was a minor issue and they were prompt about coming out to fix it. We love our new shower and the great customer service we received after the purchase even. Thanks Frank Scofield for the quick adjustment.

Cody and Zach were our installers and did a great job on the install of our guest bathroom shower. They were very professional and will use West Shore again for our master bathroom. Thanks for very great and professional installers.

The old tub was removed and a new shower installed to replace it in one day as promised. The installers were great to work with; both were courteous and punctual. When we discovered a few places that needed additional sealer, Frank S. drove up the next day and quickly fixed the problem. The new shower is great and we will recommend their work to anyone needing a bath redo.

We had a new shower installed. We are very happy with the finished product. This guys know there stuff.

The installers were on time and wasted no time in getting started. They were very knowledgeable and responsive to all questions. The cleanup was exceptional from the driveway to coming in, going upstairs to remodeling the bathroom. Answered any questions. We are very pleased with our new walk in shower. The 2 installers David and Jonathan were punctual, courteous, professional and took pride in their work. New shower installed in one day as advertised. I'm sure W.S.H. has other qualified installers but for me I'd request these two gentlemen should I need a second shower or tub replaced. Shame I can only leave 5 stars.

I loved it !!!

The install of my walk-in tub the installers cracked the tub in top corner & broke the molding on the wall & left it as is. I called CS they were very helpful & sent a repairman who I can not give enough starâ  s for his services!! In my opinion & experience Frank Scofield is top choice & a huge asset to this company!! Canâ  t thank him enough!!

Had a walk-in tub installed and required some flooring to be installed by tub. My installer Frank Scofield did a wonderful job and was very friendly. I would recommend WestShoreHome to anyone who need to upgrade their bath. Everything was done professionally and my bath looks terrific.

Frank Scofield added a screw to stabilize the sliding glass doors in my walk in shower that was installed in 2018. He was quick, professional and cared about my safety by wearing a mask. It only took a few minutes to fix the problem. I am very grateful for his help.
