Our installers David Boyd and Jordan Sears from West Shore Homes were great. They were easy to talk to and the questions we had were answered in a way we could understood. They installed the nicest walk in shower with seat I could ever dreamed of. They worked so well together and the quality of their work is beautiful. This is coming from someone who had a 75 year old tub with added shower, warn out and so deep it was hard for me to get in and out of and I could not keep it clean. Frank Scofield did an excellent job installing the shower doors a couple cosmetic things. Very professional and clean. Finished in a timely manner.

Chris M, Jory, and David showed up had the old door out and then new one ready to go in. The project gave them a couple of curveballs and they resolved them as they came up. The project is almost done. The guy that came to do the measurement did not measure properly and so the door was just a little bit too short for the replacement. The install team resolved the issue and ordered new interior trim to fit the door area better that they will install once it is received.

Tim Harrison, Brad and Eric Sweeney were very professional and did the impossible. They worked diligently to get my daughters two sliding glass doors installed in one day. They quickly resolved hardware issues and met all my request immediately. These gentlemen were fantastic and I hope to have them back for my windows.

Mike and Dalton from West Shore Homes replaced a tub and shower with a walk in shower. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, productivity, quality of work and their attention to detail. The entire job was completed in one day and they left o r home clean with everything put back in place. Our experience with West Shore Homes has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

West Shore Home is an amazing company to deal with from the in home consultation to the actual tub to shower conversion process. Representative Michelle Skorski, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, came to our home and clearly explained all options and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. She then showed us the discounts we qualified for and calculated the final cost. We were blown away! An added blessing was that General Manager Paul Janoski was with her that day. He is such a nice man and really made my husband comfortable with the construction process, as we have an older home. Before they left, my husband did something he has never done before...he decided to go ahead with the project without dwelling on it for days! To our surprise, his decision to sign the contract that day qualified us for an additional discount! Another blessing and surprise was that Paul Janoski was able to make some calls and get us an install appointment just 4 days later! At 8 am on the day of install, lead installer Aaron Ashley arrived at our home. he again clearly explained the entire process and introduced us to his work crew, Dan Gonz and Joshua Lofits. These young men were very courteous and professional, and are not sub contractors, but are employed by West Shore Home. They carefully prepared everything so that our doorways and floors were protected. Aaron was very patient with us senior citizens as we debated the shower head, grab bars and shelves placement. He was so helpful to explain and visually show us the options as my husband is tall and has some mobility problems. Aaron, Dan and Joshua began the work quickly and worked non stop until the project was finished in less than 6 hours! We are so impressed with West Shore Home and love our beautiful new walk in shower! We highly recommend West Shore Home to everyone. Frankly, I can not imagine why anyone would chose any other company.

After installation, there were some minor repairs that were needed. I called Westshore Homes and a repairman was sent out quickly .Frank Scofield made the repairs professionally and to my satisfaction. The installed shower looks great and makes caring for my elderly mother-in-law so much easier. Great value to my home.

Joe L, David B and Chris M arrived as scheduled. Began work immediately. Took care of our hardwood floors coming in, great clean up upon finishing. They pulled out our old shower/tub combo and replaced it with a walk in shower in about 6 hours. Did a really professional job. Consulted with us when needed. I would definitely hire them again.

We had two bathrooms done in the same day. Two trucks arrived at the expected time. Jacob S, Joe. L , Ryan B and Chris B were great. Professional, personable, respectful team. They worked hard all day and cleaned up and finished by 430. They consulted with us throughout the day and communicated with us as needed. They were a fun bunch of guys! Our salesman, Eric Fisher, was also top notch. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend West Shore!

two teams showed up for the installations. MITCHELL WAS THE LEAD ON ONE TEAM AND DON WITH SUPPORT FROM DAVID AND ALEXANDER. So promp ! All wore mask very professional. They worked together so well. They worked so hard all day, and continuous. I was so impressed by their dedication to perfection. All turned out beautiful!!

Daniel V. Was our design consultant and spent quality time with us, answered our questions as we decided on what shower remodel we wanted. And then Chris, Dalton, and Justin came and installed the new shower, answered any questions we had, did an awesome job all within 5 1/2 hours.

We had Michael and Dalton come out and fix one of the side walls of our walk-in shower. They showed up early, were super professional, wore their masks, and cleaned up after they were done! They even gave us the paper that we never got on the initial install for proper ways to clean our shower in order to maintain our investment! These two more than made up for the initial impression of our first two install techs!!

These guys are amazing!! Great value and money can buy. They were quick and efficient, working on TWO bathroom remodeling. They did it all before the day was done. It looks luxurious and well crafted. Incredible company. No rudeness, unprofessional behavior.

I had to have caulking redone in tub/shower. Frank was very professional and quick. My tub/shower looks brand new again.
