West Shore was very well represented by this installation crew. They were personable, worked well together, and did a great job! Qvaid, Isabel, and David S. GREAT JOB! My salesman, Elijah, stopped by later that day to check out the new door. He did a great job too.

One day install, arrived on time, very professional. Great care was taken to keep carpet, and other areas clean as they worked. Very happy with the end result, looks great!! Would definitely recommend!!

I called for a free consultation and Anthony P came to our house that evening. He worked with us to help us design what we wanted. Our installers, Michael F and Mike S arrived at 9:30 am and 9.5 hours later we had a beautiful new tub and shower. They did a wonderful job, were very professional, and we are very pleased.

Chris B. and Jory C. arrived promptly at 8 am and began work immediately. They were professional and courteous and extremely skilled, later in the day Jacob S. and Joe L. arrived to give Chris and Jory a hand in getting the project done. And it is an outstanding job they did. They took care of everything and left the house in the same shape they found it in. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. We highly recommend West Shore Home for any project you might have.

We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and am thrilled with the results. One bathroom had a new tub and shower installed. The other had a shower installed. In one bathroom some subflooring had to be replaced. Derke C, Mitchell P, Kyle H and Xavier P were very professional, courteous and worked steady to complete the job. Leland McKeithen helped us at the beginning with our decisions, which was muchly appreciated. We will definitely recommend West Shore Home.

They did an amazing job!!! We had a shower put in. They moved the drain, built a wall, run water lines, all in one day. Then Frank Scofield came back out to finish up the trim pieces, fix some calking. He did an awesome job. Everyone was very friendly and professional from our sales consultant Sam Hollandsworth, to shower installers James and Rafael (not sure how to spell his name, sorry). Wonderful experience and WE LOVE OUR SHOWER!!!

Michael and Mike were very polite and on time, Worked good together and cleaned up. However we were told by salesman we could put grab bar where we wanted, they said where it had to go. No biggy, we bought our own shower head, they said they couldn't install it, we told them sales man said they would. They did. we saw 3 different sales people before we decided to go with this co.

It was a great experience very easy from start to finish the install was done in less than eight hours very beautiful

Two teams remodeled 2 bathrooms in one day. One a tub to shower conversion with glass doors and the other an upgrade tub with glass doors. Professional, on time, pleasant and very hard workers: Quaid, David S, David B and Jordan were whizzes. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

West Shore Home installers Jacob S. and Joe L. did a fantastic job converting our bathtub to a shower. They finished in less than a day and answered all of our questions as they did the install. There were a couple of miss communications between the salesman and the install, but those two guys did there best to give us what we were told we were getting.

Responded immediately upon our request for a quote coming out same day late in the evening. Salesman courteous and knowledgeable. Installers Chris M and Jory arrived on time and went to work immediately, working cleanly and leaving no mess behind, Explained door operation and told us how to protect our investment.

we are absolutely thrilled with the quality and beauty of our new bathroom. Quaid and Daniel were so respectful ,informative, and professional. we would recommend this company to everyone. they told us in advance when they would be here and were on time. They said how long it would take to finish and they did it. actually, they were able to start our job before even earlier as they had estimated. Elijah was the sales rep who came to our house first. he is a wonderful and educated representative. they called us frequently before the job started during the day to see how it was going and how we liked it after done. cant rave about them enough!!!!

West Shore Homes did a fantastic job in replacing our old bath tub with a new walk-in shower. We had to wait a couple of additional weeks for our custom shower doors to be made and shipped but it was well worth it. Our door installer, Frank Scofield, was the absolute best - a professional job completed in less than a hour to our complete satisfaction. Great people!

They were quiet, polite and efficient. I would recommend the young men to anyone.
