The installers did an outstanding job. They kept us informed throughout the project and the job turned out beautiful.

Jacob S., Joel L., and John S. arrived on time at 8 am and our new walk-in shower was done at 3:30. Although drop cloths were used, there was a significant amount of dust on walls and around toilette.

Frank Scofield was polite and professional when he came to complete the work on my bathroom. He was courteous and respectful. He placed the non-skid paint on the floor and install brackets for the shower - he was knowledgeable and gave us advise on post care. He ensured that I was satisfied prior to leaving.

Quaid and David S. removed old door and all frame mold, installed new pre-ordered steel door and glass storm door to precise specs. Very thorough, careful, and neat. The result is a snug and handsome entrance to the house. I think we'll be pleased for years. Two nice fellows who don't cut corners and take pride in their work.

We want the company to know that Elijah and George did an excellent job on the installation and they were courteous and professional in every way. We are very satisfied with our new shower.

Micheal F and Mike S were a very hard working and polite workmen who replaced our tub with a walking shower. He did everything to protect our home and did a great clean up job when finished. They asked use everything before doing anything They were polite and very professional.

This company has been a great company to deal with. I had a great experience with the insulation and the sales. My shower doors were not working right and the service guy (Frank Siofield) came out on time and adjusted them. He was very professional the whole experience has been great.

The price was very high. The install was so bad only the caulking could be fixed. The showerhead leaks and the shower rod is crooked (the right side is further than the left side). If you want a less expensive remodel, great Install in the Triad NC area. West Shore does not care. The installers were very rude. The repairman sent for caulking was nice and actually commented that it was not right without me saying anything about problems, just showing him the tub.

I did like what have picked up the color of the door. They came but it was not the color at all. But the company was willing give cut back some money for a mistake they did. Price was a good one I decide to take it. I am going to ask someone else to paint for me the color I want it done.

Our sliding door was installed by Mike Harvy and Shaniya Brown. They arrived when scheduled and completed the removal of our old sliding door and installation of our new sliding door in a timely manner. They were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the installation and their workmanship. 5 stars.

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Earl Vereen and his team in our home to install a bathtub to replace our standing shower. His professionalism, his work, and their cleanliness was exceptional. Those guys were like stealth moving in and out, sometimes I forgot that they were working in the bathroom. We are excited about our bathtub and thinks that 24-48 hrs wait time is such a long time to finally enjoy this well deserved bathtub:) We love it! Thank you.

Superior customer service. Our installers (Curtis R, Russell, Jon and Blake) were constantly cleaning ..they were fast, efficient and very respectful of our home. West Shore stayed in constant contact with us and even gave us an opportunity to move up our install. The product is very fine and it only took them 6 hours to complete the install of 10 windows and clean up after themselves (and that included a 15 minute break). I cannot recommend them highly enough

I remodeled 2 bathrooms with 2 teams of workers. The first team, Josh W., Cody R., and Glen arrived on time and were very professional. The second team, Reginald Green and Chester Leckner V. arrived 3 hours later. The project was completed in less than 8 hours. They did an excellent job.
