My back entrance door, a sliding glass door in a house less than 5 years old, needed replacing due to water damage from weather around the track and frame inside, as well as the outside threshold. The initial consultation appointment with Dash O'Connor was easy, quick and painless. He was knowlegable and explained things well, understanding both the situation and the solutions WSH could offer immediately. When the day of install came, the two gentlemen doing the work, David Swaim and Jordan Sneed, were professional, hard working and innovative when needed. Turns out the builders of the home were...hmm...creative...in how they installed the original door. There were problems with removing the old door and frame due to the unique method of the original install. Subsequently, of course, there were issues installing the new door and frame. David and Jordan were quick to spot the problems and didn't get discouraged or try to hide the issues, answering all my questions about what was going on. The two men solved the issues with the least amount of damage possible (none!), calling another employee for a quick consult about the best method to fix the madness and still finished within the day (approx. 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). Fantastic work, gentlemen! The new sliding glass door is beautiful and works so much better than the first. It looks like the door that was supposed to be in the house to begin with! And the outside is properly finished, unlike the original! Absolutely brilliant! Such great work, workers and product that as soon as I can, I am going to replace my front door and re-do my bath with West Shore Home!

we had a new window installed. Mike S AND Phillipe A did a fantastic job. professional yet friendly and ready to answer all questions we had. this was not just an ordinary window install. had to do some work around window area. we are very pleased with how everything turned out. everything cleaned up by Mike and Phillipe before leaving our home. beautiful work.

The installers, Michael and Jonathan, did an excellent job. Our shower is beautiful! They came in around 8:00 am and were finished by 4:00 pm. Would definitely recommend West Shore and give them a 5 star!

Iâ d recommend Chris and Phil, who were professional and time efficient while removing the old bath fixtures and installing my beautiful shower. They put a window fan in my bathroom window, which drew out pesky construction dust while they worked. I really appreciated that. My bathroom happens to be older and quite small, but Chris and Phil did an excellent job updating it, and making it a lot safer for me, a 91 year old. Also, AJ Talbert was helpful as he explained the advantages of this product and helped to move up my installation date for me, which was much appreciated.

Dalton H. and his crew were extremely professional installers and did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked until the job was completely done. They cleaned up after the demo and even cleaned outside where they worked as well. I've already had one of my neighbors ask about the work and if we were satisfied with it...of course, we couldn't be more pleased and we'll definitely contact West Shore to update our other bathroom when we decide to change it as well. We love our new shower!!!

Dexter, Jeff, and Daniel came out to our house and installed our new shower on Thursday. They also removed our old garden tub. These guys were all professional but also had personality which I appeciate. They did exactly what they said they would in the time frame that we were told. We would definitely recommend them.

Our experience was wonderful from the start with Alex Griggs our salesman/stylist to our installers, Jordan S, Cody T. and Elijah S. The work was wonderful. They arrived promptly at 8am and finished at 5:03pm. We could not be happier. GREAT JOB!!!!!
