I had a walk-in shower installed by Corey Blackwell & Michael Jarrell. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Shower looks wonderful. Absolutely a 5 Star rating!! Initial consultation with Dash O'Connor was also a great experience. I'm very pleased with my experience with West Shore Home.

We replaced a tub with a walk-in shower. Ismael and Chris S. were prompt, friendly, and very professional. They explained what they were going to do, explained some modifications that were needed, and did a great job. They completed the renovation midafternoon and cleaned up everything. My bathroom looks great!

We had a walk-in shower installed Chris Bowman and David Walker did an excellent job. These two young men worked hard and they where was professional and very friendly. When the job was completed we was very proud how the shower looked the neatness of the entire projected.

We had a wonderful experience with West Shore Home. The initial in-home consultation was done by Chris Sheppard. He was super helpful, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great deal. Today the windows were installed by Antwan Jones, Marlana Campbell, and Adelaedo Martinez. It was frigid here today but they worked quickly, were extremely professional, cleaned up everything, and the windows look absolutely stunning. I couldnâ t be happier with the product or service we received.

I had my momâ s cast iron tub replaced with a walk in shower. Working with West Shore was a great experience from beginning to end. Chase and Mitchell were our project managers. They answered all of my questions and explained everything very well. Our installers Ismael and Nautica were phenomenal. They worked from 8 until 5 just stopping for a quick lunch. Everything looks great and they cleaned everything up when finished. Mom now has a safe beautiful shower to use. Thank you West Shore!

We had a tub-to-shower conversion done in our home to prepare for an upcoming accesibility issue due to a surgery. West Shore Home employees Jaland and Nick did the entire conversion in one day. Their effort and the quality of their work was excellent. The entire experience with West Shore Homes was a pleasure â the sales representative, scheduling, and installaters were all 5 star. I could not be more pleased.

Cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the shower West Shore Home installed yesterday. It began last week with Adam coming to my home, presenting me with options, and explaining the process. With a background in Marketing and Advertising I was very impressed. Then came the arrival of Jacob and Nautica who performed the installation. On time, professional, and keeping me in the loop as the shower was installed. I also served twenty-years in the military and was awed by their teamwork. Jacob was no doubt the leader having more experience and yet he took the time to instruct Nautica and let her participate and learn. She was amazing! Canâ t believe the initiative she showed by ensuring all the tools and installation equipment were accounted for. From start to finish these two professionals never stopped and worked well together. Personally, they deserve a pay raise!

The most quiet and professional service technician I have ever had come to my home. We can not say enough good things about this experience.
