The crew of Mr. David Swaim, George and Kyln M. came to the house at 9:00 am and got right to work. They had all of the window in by at least 1:00 pm and stayed until 5:00 working on the outside and sealing the windows. What impressed me most is that they took their time and discussed all of the things that they were doing and made sure that everything was correct before they left. Their attention to detail was amazing. I would not hesitate to hire them again!

From start to finish WestShore Home was a great experience. Our design consultant Eric was professional and answered all questions, very easy to work with. We actually got an even earlier appointment for the install than we had expected. The installers, Mike & Phillip were absolutely awesome. They arrived exactly when they said they would, immediately began working and did not stop for a second until the job was complete. They explained everything about the new shower and cleaned up the bathroom before they left. Both Mike & Phillip were outstanding at their job as well as friendly, answering any questions we had through the process. We love our new walk in shower, the quality is top notch and we would recommend this company to anyone.

Aaron S. and Justin arrived at the exact time the scheduler said they would, which was 8:30. They came right in to see where they would be working, put down drop cloths, and immediately began working. Aaron and Justin kept my husband and me up to date on each step of the project, which we thought was great. I don't think Aaron or Justin took a break to have lunch or to catch their breath!!! They worked non-stop from when they arrived at 8:30 until when they cleaned everything up and left at 6:15. We are still in awe of how beautiful our new shower is!!! We're still waiting on our 4 shelves (but we knew they were on backorder when we scheduled the installation), however it's like being in a spa with our new shower!!! We will definitely use West Shore Homes again, when we need another project completed that my husband and I can't tackle! The professionalism and customer service can't be beat! We recommend West Shore Homes for all of your home needs.

Installers, Daniel and Jeff, did a great job. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Both were professional and polite and cleaned up the mess before they left.

From the design consultation to final cleanup the team members were very professional and polite. The workers did timely and quality work. The end project was beautiful, from the type of fixtures, to the location of the fixtures, and the appearance of the fixtures we could not be more pleased. Thank you for your work!

The had a discripance about how much view was lost at first until we realized how well made it is and you must have room to get it in . It was replacing some very thin mobile home windows. David Such and Klyn Malone were our installers they said donâ t worry we want you to be satisfied and West Shore wants you to be satisfied. They went all out They truly were concerned with our satisfaction. The windows are beautiful they were professional clean craftsmen. We give them a 5 +. The installers, Dalton H and Justin B, were very good. They were knowledgeable and respectful, and cleaned up well. They worked for eight hours with only a 15-minute break for lunch. The shower is awesome!

The install was handled very efficiently and expertly. Frank Scofield handled the finish installation expertly. It was a very seamless installation from beginning to end. Very much impressed with the finished walk-in shower!

Our overall experience was fantastic. From the initial meeting with the salesman to the work performed by a craftsman it has been a pleasurable experience. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. The work preformed by Aaron Ashley was impeccable, not only did he do the job by himself the room was left spotless. Very impressed.
