Thé technicians came on time. They explained the whole process before starting the work. They did a clean job and my shower looks amazing. I definitely will use them again.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore. Our bathroom is beautiful! The work was timely and of good quality. The consult was quick and easy and the technicians, Kyle and Parker, were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They did quality work. We plan on using West Shore for renovations in the future.

AARON and CARL were our installers. They were great! Courteous, professional, experienced, solicited our input for details that would serve our needs as we begin to use our step-in showerâ ¦. Their service man Frank Scofield is awesome. He knows just what to do and he is also very efficient and friendly and does great work.

Installers, Jacob, Christian and Parker were very courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. Am thrilled with my new walk-in shower.

West Shore fulfilled every expectation. Called company on Wednesday and a designer, Jordan, came the same day. Jacob W and Parker C came the following Monday to install a walk-in shower, 5-star rating !!!

Westshore totally made a mess of our shower install. Plywood between wall and shower, does not go all the way down. Left rotted wood. Claimed they were making it right. Never heard from them again. $12,000.00 wasted.

They were on time and did the best they could to patch up the creak in our shower until they can get it replaced

Amazing company! We had the project split into two parts. (~1/2 at a time>) BOTH crews were fantastic. We had such a pleasant time. ALL work was performed as promised & EVERYTHING was high quality products, service & labor, with great attention to detail. Great experience also with sales & customer service reps,as well,! I would give them 8 stars if I could.

The Wilmington NC team, Hector and Nick did a great job. They also left the room cleaner than they found it!

They advertise a one-day service my drywall next to the tub needed to fix where they cut out was told they were going to send someone the next day to fix it never show up call the service department was told I had to wait two weeks for the drywall person to come to my house to fix it so I have to look at the hole in the wall for two weeks they do not care

My wife and I could not be happier with West Shore Homes's new shower installed in our home. The work was excellent and I think that reflects the great employees they have. John and Cory were always careful and neat with their work and the result shows. Katie Singleton, the sales manager, delivered on every promise made to us. We could not be more pleased! Need a new bath? You will not go wrong with West Shore Home.
