 + -1 moreThis job was done by the most absolute professionals of all time. They were just great. I am actually having them come back here soon and put another coat on the kitchen floor. Allan is the guy's name who owns the company and he is very good at what he does. I give West End the highest marks on the board. They are spectacular. As for pricing, I am not totally sure. I believe it was around $30-$40,000.
Description of Work: West End knocked out a 13 X 9 wall in my 3000 square foot home. When they knocked out the wall they expanded it into a kitchen that I am not sure of the exact size. The kitchen has oak flooring, tons of cupboard space, all ranges, a ceiling and exhaust fan and also a beautiful bay window.

 + -1 moreThey are the only contractor that I will use. It is like they have lived here for the past 15 years with all the projects that we have had them do over the years. I even trust them with my kids at home if I leave for a while. They are the best. Their work is fabulous and of good quality. They always get the job done faster than I expect. I ll just say that the price was a lot but it was very much worth it.
Description of Work: They converted our attic into a family room, bathroom and storage area. Our attic floor is about 900 square feet. They insulated it, laid carpeting, put in electrical wiring for lighting and outlets. They installed vents and ducts for heating and air conditioning and plumbing for the bathroom. They also built cabinets, a nook for the kids to read and an entertainment center for the television.

 + -1 moreI thought everything went fairly well with the building. It was over a year ago that we had this done and I still have not come across any kind of difficulties or problems with anything. I have used this company four or five times since they had built this beautiful addition for me. Everything is still going good. As far as defaults, well, you know the way construction goes; you always are going to have a few fitches. As far as pricing, this is something I much rather not discuss.
Description of Work: West End built an addition off the side of my one story home. The addition is 1200 square feet; there are three rooms and a master bathroom as well. There was also a beautiful wooden deck added to it that has stairs coming down from it.

 + 6 moreWe shopped around and decided to hire this contractor based upon pricing and word of mouth. Their employees and subcontractors all worked well and were very cooperative with each other. They were able to obtain picture perfect results. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: West End Construction remodeled our 14 x 16 foot kitchen. They began by stripping the whole room down to the down to the studs. The general contractor completed most of the work. They subcontracted out the specialty jobs. The work done was new wiring, insulation, drywall, sub-flooring, tile flooring, counters, sink, plumbing our island with a sink and wallpaper.
