I was not very impressed with them. It was not a very good experience. We have had a pretty bad summer this year but they came out in the mid spring. They went checking to see until it was going to rain so what happened was they were killing my grass. They are good company but did not take that extra trouble and then whenever I tried to call them back they call me back but then they never bother to call back and try to get my business last and this year. Last year we had a lot of rain and so things worked out, but this year our because our weather was not so good. They didn't sort of follow through and they just presume that I am repeat customer that was just annoyed me. I told them I had a problem and left a message and they called me I wasn't available then. I called them back and now when was trying to renew for next year they just sent me a bill stating in case you don't sent it back, I called them back and said I have been trying to call you for the last 3 months and nobody has responded and try to follow up and I am not going to continue with you so they lost out on their business. I don't know how they are going to handle that. I am sure it is not a problem to them. They are pretty established in this neighborhood. They were professional company and I am not happy with being ignored. I would not use them again.

Recently switched to this provider from another I used for 35 years. This is the first full year, so far the results have been good. They communicate well before providing service so I can ensure the lawn is not covered with debris. They clean all hard surfaces after each treatment. Really not on a specific schedule, they were prompt, courteous, and professional when they gave me a quote. Also provide customer service number which I can call at any time to express a concern about my lawn care.

I have used Weed Man services for two years since I was referred to this company. I could not be happier with the professionalism, reliability, and courtesy received by this company. I think their prices are very fair, and they have allowed me to make monthly payments for large purchases. They have changed my yard from bare, red clay, and weeds to a lush, green, lawn in just two years.

Our lawn looked really good while we utilized their service. We stopped recently and can certainly see the difference.

We haven't seen any new grass growing anywhere. We now have what looks like really aerated/dug up areas that there is now no grass at all. Disappointed.

We had a particularly noxious winter weed that was taking over our yard when we bought the property in 2010. Weed Man managed to rid us of this weed and grow grass where we previously had none. Their cam driven core aerator did a great job, and we are very happy with their service.

Our yard looks better. I generally don't have a lot of contact with them, it seems like they come while I am gone but there is always a note on the door and a sign in the yard that shows that they have been here. The price is different for different services, so they leave a note saying, “this is what we would recommend that you do” and sometimes my husband will do it himself and sometimes he will have them do it so the price varies. The price is probably good because they were recommended by our neighbors and we have seen several neighbors with Weed Man sign in their yards. So it is comparable but since I didn't do any research I am not too sure about it. They come when I am gone, so there is no set appointment. If we chose to do some work ourselves, they have never had a problem with that so they are very professional. We don't have a lot of verbal contact with them. They leave an envelope on the doorknob with what they have done and what they recommend still to do, whether we can do it or they can do it, so we just correspond that way. There is no verbal communication with them.

We have a large lot (approx 2 acres) and a house we moved in to in the fall of 2007. The yard had been neglected for several years and was full of CrabGrass, Bermuda Grass, Weeds, and many bare spots. I was dreading all the work it would take me to treat, fertilize, kill weeds, and re-seed. By chance, they were out in my neighborhood and left a flyer. I checked them out on the web and called for an estimate to get my lawn back into shape. The rest is a pure joyous experience. I am going on my second year contract with them. They come out at least 7 times a year. I found that their cost is not much more than it would cost me had i bought all the materials and spent all the time doing things myself. My yard is immaculate now and I just like walking thru the thick lush grass. Give the manager Jason a call if you are in need of real quality lawn rehabilitation. It will be money well spent and you'll have all that free time you would have spent doing it yourself. Plus.... if you in turn recommend them to others an it results in a sale... then they give you a pretty sizable discount on your next treatment.
