He even gave me valuable advice on general maintenance items to ensure the long-term safety and comfort of the home that I had recently moved into. He knows the ins and outs of everything in a home that most people wouldn't even be aware of, and he is quick and efficient. You will be more informed of what you have going on in your house, outside of what you originally hired him for. His prices are reasonable and he is a very down-to-earth person to do business with. I highly recommend his services.

Being a first time house seller who needed multiple things addressed before Open House, Jared was a big help by fixing the transition strips between the living room, kitchen, and hallway to the bedrooms. Not only did he do an exceptional job with the installation (at a very fair price), but he was also great with quick response times and communicating the different options I had in terms of cost. It’s pretty obvious why he was the first handyman my realtor referred me to. Jared is a true professional, but is also friendly and easy to talk to. He made the process of selling my house significantly less stressful. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Jared.
