Triad Pest Control, Inc. practices Integrated Pest Management (IPM) with all of its services. This green, safety-conscious approach to pest management is a practice that consumers should demand out of their pest management partner. IPM, as its name suggests, is when a professional first and foremost accurately identifies the type and extent of a pest infestation. Knowledge of pests and their life cycles is then used to integrate non chemical solutions with judicial use of pesticides to best protect people, pets and the environment. IPM can involve monitoring, exclusion, prevention, and trapping, among other non-chemical methods of pest management. Extensive training in all areas of pest control is conducted on a quarterly basis.

Company never did the work. Never followed up on the work. This company does not do what they say and has poor customer service. Instead of fixing what the company did wrong, the owner told me to "do what I had to do" essentially dropping his hands. Will never use or recommend again. If he treats agents this way, I hate to think how he handles homeowners.
Description of Work: As an agent, I hired this company to do a termite and radon test.
