+ -1 moreAs it turned out my 11 neice downloaded a bunch of junk on my host computer. It ended up clogging EVERYTHING up. He took the time the clean up the host computer (which took 2 hours to run all of the scans). CJ also took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He was great! I could not have resolved the problem myself.
Description of Work: My wireless internet quit working on my laptop. I tried for 2 day to fix the problem and was unsuccessful. CJ came out the same day I called. He fixed the problem!
