Excellent. Andy was personable and knowledgeable. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the chimney. Then explained simply and plainly what he discovered.

I was very satisfied with the service and the level of detail in the explanation in what and how they would go about their work. They were very courteous, and Andy was very friendly and informative. I'm sure we will be using them again!
Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected chimney flue to detect why water heater wasn't venting properly-found lots of issues, including crumbling flue tiles and a pipe installed incorrectly. Made the adjustments to make the flue safe, but suggested the lining be repaired/replaced and chimney cap to be installed to avoid future problems. The house is 80 years old, likely overdue.

Description of Work: They were really nice guys, they cleaned out my 2 chimneys, and one was a pellet stove. Very neat and clean. The were fast and even fixed one of my chimney toppers! Thanks guys, will use them again.

Description of Work: Took history of initiating incident requiring his visit, did visual inspection, camera inspection, cleaning , teaching and recommendations. Provided detailed reports and estimates in writing. Left work site clean and orderly.

Outstanding service - prompt, courteous. Had cleaned this chimney before for the house's previous owners. Left everything neat and clean. Will definitely call again.
Description of Work: Came for chimney clean - we just bought the house last year and weren't sure when it was last done. Took a thorough look and stated that everything looked clean, just call him next year. No charge.

Great service. These guys understand what service means. They called the day before to confirm, arrived on time, did a fabulous job of cleaning the chimney and installed a chimney cap. We purchased our home about a year ago. Apparently, some migrating chimney swifts had been making our chimney home for some years (house had been vacant). Top to Bottom Chimney Service was able to remove all the droppings and put a cap on to deter future nesting. One more thing - the house was left as clean as when they arrived. They covered the floor and kept their vacuum cleaner going so no soot or dirt was left behind!
Description of Work: Our chimney was cleaned and a new chimney cap was installed (approx $350 of cost).
